General pillow comments: firm but not too firm, however my wife thought it wasn’t firm enough. Supportive on your neck when laying on your side however I’m a stomach sleeper and I wouldn’t recommend using it while on your stomach. Smell dissipates after 24-48 hours. Pillow material is slippery and I noticed it comes out of some of our pillow cases easily. Pillow stays generally cool. The logo on the pillow is slightly raised and can be annoying to feel under my head. The logo is also dark and shows through pillow cases quite easily.

I am sleeping so well!!! The bed still feels a little to firm for me, but I am thinking that will be okay as time goes on. The sleeping well makes up for the firmness for me even though I do wake up with a backache some mornings. My husband LOVES it.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The pillow is very comfortable and I would highly recommend it to others. You will not be disappointed. As well as a quality product, I was extremely happy with the wonderful customer service I received. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Before Ghost I woke up every morning with sharp pain in my shoulders. It took a couple of weeks, but I am finally as pain free in my shoulders. Ghost is an excellent sleeping experience. It takes a while for your body to heal after sleeping on a conventional mattress for years. Be patient and you will love the results that Ghost brings to your sleep and body.

We needed a new mattress so badly and wanted to buy something amazing like a sleep numbers. My husband being the cheap guy that he is talked me into trying the mattress out with no strings attached. The pillows came a week before the mattress Which was a tease. I can’t believe how firm this mattress is that came in a bag. I haven’t slept this good in years.

The pillow seems great. Unfortunately I am unable to use it just yet. The chemical smell is still there and it smells awful. Not as bad as the first few weeks so I am hoping in the next few months it goes away so I can use it. It seems really good otherwise and very comfortable for me since I sleep on my stomach.

I bought a GhostPillow for my father-in-law (a side sleeper). He likes it so much I bought 3 more as Christmas gifts, and one for myself. It's thickness is greater than my previous pillow (I'm a stomach/side sleeper). But now that I've slept on it for 4 weeks, I love it! The off-gassing lasts about 4 days, so I removed pillows from packaging before wrapping.

6 years ago I had three-level Fusion Surgery on my neck and since then I've had trouble sleeping or waking up without pain in my head and neck. I could never get comfortable and supported. I've had my Ghost Pillow now for two weeks and I can feel a huge difference already. I feel more rested when I wake up the next morning and most mornings now, less pain and no headaches. Great Product!

In my long search for the perfect pillow, I read the reviews on the ghostPillow and thought I would try it. There is a chemical smell, I left it out in sun to air out and washed the cover which helped. I slept on it for 5 nights. It was too high/stacked. I am a multi-sleeper (back, side, and stomach and in that order usually). It was good for the side sleeping, but not as good for the back and stomach. It may need some breaking in.’ So I give it 3stars as I would recommend it for a side sleeper, but it was not for me. And so continues my search.

I normally use down pillows. I got two foam pillows with my bed and I'm giving them a try. I love down pillows, but they have to be fluffed every day to get a consistent result. The foam pillow is easier to use and holds its shape. I sometimes read in bed and stack pillows to prop myself up. So, even though I'm using the Ghost Pillow, I still have the down pillows for other purposes.
