I am not a hot-head, but my head does 'sleep hot.' After almost ten years after purchasing my first GhostPillow, I purchased another one along with our mattress purchase. I have had some other pillows that I would call, 'Cooling for awhile pillows', but my GhostPillow has been the only 'Cooling through the Night' pillow I have found. Great work, GhostBed Folk! This pillow is the way to go if you like cooler options to lay your crown upon ! It feels like a block of ice... as I first felt this thing.. I was happy because I knew I finally found something to keep me comfortable through the night. I run hot, this pillow runs cold... it's a perfect match

I bought these a little over a month ago and I have to say my sleep quality has improved. I no longer wake up with neck pain or shoulder pain. These pillows somehow keep you cool all night so there is no need to flip your pillow halfway to get to the cold side. It's all cold. I plan to buy more pillows as gifts for my family.

For the first time in a long time, this pillow is awesome at staying cool all night, as well as its supportive enough to be a side sleeper while also not being too tall for back/stomach sleeping.

No wonder it's called Ghost Pillow, as soon as you lay your head on it , the feel that was suppose to be goes away. Then you have a hard pillow that is to thick and it hurts my neck. Instead of shipping back, I put it in my dogs house, maybe they can sleep on it.

Currently have a gel pillow from another vendor and it is my favorite pillow. It is getting old and figured since the ghost bed is so great, why not buy their pillows. Mistake. It took 3-4 months to ship and the quality is not as described. I am attempting to break it in, but I have been waking up with neck pain from lack of support. Try another pillow.

It has a strong bad odor when I took it out of the box and let it expand. I thought it might be ok if I let it air out for a while but 2 months later it still smells bad and I can't sleep on this.

I wanted to love this pillow. I bet the mattress is good but for a side sleeper, I found this pillow too hard and unforgiving. My neck hurt. I have sent messages to the company to return with no response. Very disappointed.

The pillow is a to high for my neck, only use as a back support now when sitting up in my then when I'm ready for bed, it hits the floor. The pillow would be perfect if it wasn't so thick.
