I didn’t have any issues with the smell when I received it. It is very firm but I did find it very comfortable as I am a side sleeper. A little too high if I flip to my stomach. What I really wish they would change is the big stitched logo right in the middle of the pillow. You can feel it trough a pillow cover and a pillow case. While it looks really cool, it is not comfortable to put your face on. Since it is comfortable and supportive to sleep on and the shipping cost is so high to return it, I will be keeping it.

We have struggled to find good pillows for a long time. I thought mine was fine but my neck always hurt. My husband had one that he liked, but was as hard as a brick and he had frequent headaches. The first night with our Ghost pillows, we both felt like they were flatter than we were used to, but to our surprise, we slept great and had no neck/head pain in the morning and haven’t had any problems since! These pillows are great! So glad I found them!

I absolutely loved my ghost pill gel memory foam pillow. This pillow allowed me to have the best sleep. When I woke up the next morning my neck and back felt relaxed. My back was not stiff or achy. I also was not flopping from side to side in my bed like a fish out of water. This pillow allowed my body to rest. It has the perfect firmness, but it also molds to your body. The only problem I have with this pillow is I didn’t get two ghost pillows. I’m in a playful pillow fight with my significant other. We have officially named his regular pillow as the evil one. If you use it, you get no sleep.

Like most memory foam-type pillows it still has the odd smell after a few weeks, but that's really the only complaint I have so far. It doesn't go flat on you thru the night like most pillows I've had. What stands out most to me is how cool the pillow feels all the time. I tend to sleep hot and the Ghost pillow has been excellent keeping me comfortable and not sweat.

I like this pillow because it's cool, just soft enough that my head sinks in but it's not stuck in a big crater because the pillow bounces back pretty quickly. It's a solid piece of foam and not a bunch of shredded pieces. My only dislike is that it's a little bit too thick or tall for me. It does seem to give a little more since I first started sleeping on it. The first couple nights I thought "Oh no, I got another bad pillow." But I gave it a chance and it got much better. I have a vertebrate in my neck that's slightly twisted to the side and it makes finding the perfect pillow extremely difficult. My husband loves it too when he wakes up on my side of the bed. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. The only other thing I would say is that I wish it came in king size!

I’ve had my ghost pilllow(s) for about a month and a half now, I switched from four differnt types of pillows in a night to one body pillow to snuggle and two ghost bed pillows just Incase I throw one off my bed in the middle of the night. These pillows will make u question their authority, I assure u they’re not ordinary memory foam pillows that turn to stone when they hit their max capacity for weight, they have give in all the right places and support not resistancelike other memory pillows, thy stay relatively cool in the night I haven’t broke a sweat while sleeping yet, I’ve done so with other pillows quite easily. The most noticeable things a do notice, air flowing in and out, it’s not loud but it might pull a light sleeper out of sleep if moving around a lot. This is while putting head down on to pillow. You will need two pillows if needing to support your head while, reading watching tv or any other activity other than sleeping. If you sleep on your side, I would suggest a light support pillow ie a body pillow, I tuck my ghost pillow on my clavicle area over my body pillow and it feels great I don’t need two or three to create support my head, it also cradles very well, I don’t feel like a bobble head finding a balancing point, I have no complaints other than why didn’t they have these when was younger, I would have appreciated sleep so much more. If your on the fence, make the buy, and if there’s a special take advantage of that. It really was a great investment, not just a purchase. Also these and my memory foam bed have done wonders for my lower back and hips.

I had been on the hunt for a better pillow. Then I found the Ghost Pillow. I always had neck pain after waking up in the morning and this pillow stopped those. I didn’t realize how much I woke up in the middle of the night to readjust my pillow. Now I sleep through the night :) I definitely recommend.

I have scoliosis. I used to sleep on a bed that would make my arms and legs go numb and cause me pain throughout the day. I was skeptical about the Ghostbed. At first it only helped a little bit and I still had pain throughout the day. Once I slept on it for about 4 days the pain was gone completely! I slept through the night and woke up feeling refreshed and no pain at all during the day. Ever since I sleep like a baby. I'll never get another mattress. Thanks Ghostbed!!!!!

I had serious neck pain and had tried a lot of different pillows to help alleviate this. Nothing helped. I saw a review for the Ghost Pillow and put it on my birthday wish list as a last ditch option. Wow! Sure wish I had known about this pillow earlier. I have never had a better nights sleep and I have no pain now!!!

My neck would always hurt in the morning with other pillows. But after the first night, I woke with no neck pain! Finally a pillow that supports my neck properly! The pillow is comfortable and retains it shape. If you have neck pain, this is the pillow for you!
