Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this all in one car seat. I have an 18 month old who always struggles with getting comfortable in his car seat and even in a five minute car ride would get hot and sweaty. Not anymore. The car seat was easy and straight forward to install. The wire routing is easy and can slip in-between the seats and the floor mat to stay out of the way. The fabric is very soft and provides ample cushion. My little one loves the car seat so far. I can't even hear when the fan activates but there is a light that indicates when it is on right above the headrest. Short or long rides have been a pleasure. He is so comfortable from the fan and cushion that he falls asleep within 5 minutes and sleeps for longer. I haven't had to clean the seat yet but the cup holders are removable and the fabric can be taken off and placed in the washer. I love that it will grow with him and can be front facing. Nothing more I can ask from a car seat than this! Will upgrade my wife's car seat to this one soon!

This is a great car seat. The Vent Max technology has been a game changer for us. We live in Arizona, and this summer has been very hot. Knowing my girl is getting air is such a relief as she is still rear facing. The fabric is very breathable, and remains cool even though it stays in the car. I haven't used the cup holders, but they are very nice to have once my girl gets bigger. The magnetic chest clip is easy to use, and belts are easy to adjust. My baby seems to be very comfortable in the seat, and happy. The sound of the fans is just enough to let you know they are on, but not annoying. I also like that there is an indicator light, but it isn't too bright. I would definitely recommend this car seat to anyone looking for a convertible seat for their little one. I am so excited to continue to use it as she grows and turns front facing!

This car seat is a must have for any new parent out there! It grows with your little one, making it an all-in-one for all your family needs and it keeps them dry and comfy as they grow too! The cooling system is a must have for anyone who likes to travel with their little ones, but also if you happen to live somewhere super hot like I do! No more sweaty kiddos! The only things I would change are probably a bigger cup holder, the one it comes with is not wide enough, so only skinny bottles can be used. The Velcro neck pads also come off easily, so maybe sown them so you don't have to keep looking for them all over the car. All in all, a great car seat to have and enjoy until your little one is little no more!

I was sent this car seat from Stellar Product Testing Panel and was excited from the beginning because I love the Maxi Cosi brand. Just like I expected the design and colors are beautiful and it's covered in a thick cushion. It looks exactly like the pictures online. But there is nothing "cooler" than the fan feature. I have an older car without air vents in the back and with a rear facing car seat this is a serious problem. The air never hits my poor baby and it gets hot where I live. I've tried a clip on fan but he just pulls it off and plays with it, if I put it further away he can't feel it. It just doesn't work. Even in California it's not hot enough in December to try out this feature (it will automatically turn on when it detects a certain temperature) but I've turned it on and off and it's really genius. It's a little annoying to have a cord and I would have preferred it to attach to the usb which is closer to the seat but the cord is plenty long. I can't wait to see it in action this summer. The only thing I don't love is the chest clip feature, it's a little trickier and both sets of grandparents can't figure it out haha. Besides that minor problem I totally recommend this car seat. You won't be disappointed.

I really love how this car seat keeps my child cool. We live in a really hot climate so it is risky trying to cool the car down and feeling comfortable putting the kids in without worrying about if theyre going to overheat in their seats. Previously in an infant carried my daughter would be sweaty after crying and with this seat she has never been sweaty! It also automatically gauges when its warmer than 71 degrees and kicks the fans on automatically using three different fan speeds depending on how hot. The other great thing is if youre unsure if its working there is the blue light meaning its on OR you can also hear the fans working to reassure you your child is being cooled. Overall, love the seat and dont think I could purchase another seat without a fan system like this moving forward.

Upscale seat with all the bells and whistles, to last you from birth to by-myself-buckling! The luxury, convenience, and safety of the added cooling fans makes this a standout car seat. Would recommend! We love the quality fabrics and the size/angle of the seat for my 99th percentile daughter. My 4 year old relishes the cooling fans in the summer, and she has started falling asleep in the car again, which is a game changer for us all.

The Maxi-Cosi Pria Chill car seat is the most innovative one that I have seen on the market. I LOVE the addition of the air vents, which is the reason why I wanted to use it. Upon using it, I loved the fact that the car seat was lightly colored, had air vents with multiple speeds, and has plush breathable fabric that keeps baby cool in the car seat in the summer. Before using this car seat, I struggled with keeping my baby cool in a car without ceiling vents. The biggest downside to this car seat is the fact that the chest clip does not stay in place. I have 2 other car seat models from different brands that do not have this issue. The chest clip on the Maxi-Cosi Pria Chill seat slides down so easily that it often rests on top of the crotch clip - an extremely unsafe position for baby. The chest clip slides so easily that my toddler is able to do it with one hand and figure out how to get his arms outside of the straps. If this feature was fixed, I would 100% recommend this car seat.

It is quite plush and my daughter seems very comfortable in the seat (she's currently rear facing and I like that her feet don't even touch the back seat yet). We took this car seat on a ten hour road trip yesterday so we've really put it to the test! We can confirm that it's easy to clean in the event of carsickness as well. ?? One of the best features to me is the magnetic chest clip. This makes the buckling process super easy (while also still secure). The three recline positions, ultra cushioned seats, and built in fans mean that this car seat is great for both short and long trips. Especially living in Louisiana, we really appreciate those seat fans! Additionally, I love the cupholders — both where they are positioned (for easy access) and the fact that they easily twist out and can be tossed in the dishwasher (game changer!!). I think this is the most comfortable car seat my daughter had even ridden in and I like that it can even transition into a booster seat for her down the road. There are two things that we don't love about the car seat: 1. The installation was challenging and the instructions could be clearer. 2. Sometimes the straps catch on the back mechanics, making the seat difficult to tighten. It definitely requires a little more force to get the straps tight but it's certainly worth it for a more comfortable ride! Overall, we really enjoy this car seat and plan to continue using it!
