Love the picture quality

Actually I have not purchased this TV yet, the one I have is a Bravia from 2011 still going strong, that had the same shutoff problem, turned out to be the power pack on my Fire stick going bad. I replaced it and haven't had problem since. I love Sony and thought it might help.

I absolutely love this TV got it when it was on sale 1,198.99! But the specs on this TV are wrong this does not use mini-leds, it is a OLED which is not backlit by Mini- LEDs so when you read the specifications for this model it first says it’s OLED then says later it’s backlit by Mini-LEDs it’s one or the other and in this models case it’s a true OLED.

Have tried a lot of tv's and this has the best and most accurate picture quality of them all. Thank you Sam's Club for finally carrying Sony tv's.

Great Picture, but the tv keeps turning off on its own when on pause, I tried to adjust all the power down settings that it allows, but the power off mode is something built into the tv program that cannot be shut off

Run away, do not buy, bad TV tuner, hardware issues, software issues conflicts with any device devices hooked up via HDMI, great sound, though picture OK as long as you don’t mind getting a dead android image once a week and you have to shut off the power unplug it actually wait 10 seconds unplug it back in again to do a soft reset or hold the power button and plug it in at the same time to do a hard reset try calling Sunny service and get pushed around six or seven times with no real resolve they refuse to send out a technician they wait until you’re so frustrated. They want you to hang up pre-TV on paper. Bad TV in the living room would not buy again should’ve returned it within the 90 day Sam’s Club warranty was trying to be nice with Sony corporation because I really liked the sound system in this TV and wanted this TV to work so bad no wonder Sam’s Club gave me a free Allstate warranty when I purchased the TV they must’ve known something I didn’t I should’ve read the other reviews and believed them, especially the one star reviews they’re true.

Picture quality not there, tv shuts down constantly while watching and reboots itself even after just turning on. Will be returning for the LG C5

This is by far the worst tv i have ever owned. Constantly turns off randomly, sound goes out just as frequent and i have to constantly re-install my apps. Will be returning it. Absolute piece of junk. With that said, the picture is great. Its a shame everything else is trash.

I loved this tv until it abruptly stopped working after less than a year and a half. Sony’s warranty is only 1 year, and they would do absolutely nothing to support this product. You can by 2 Samsung’s or LG’s for what one Sony costs. Avoid this product unless you are ok replacing it long before you intended to do so.
