Second Unit Is Great!

The first Nectar branded unit I received was damaged in shipment and really sub standard quality. It's was replaced with a frame branded as Residence and it's great! Fully assembled except the legs, wiring connected and secure... the quality I expected. Functions perfectly. They should not be shipping the Nectar branded frames in my opinion.

Perfect Choice

My husband and I are very happy with our choice of The Adjustable Nectar Bed Frame. The different positions for watching TV,Anti Snore and many more choices are perfect for us. Also the massage mode is just what we need at the end of the day to send us off to a peaceful,restful slumber. Thank you NECTAR.

Mattress slides off

I have to constantly push the mattress back on the bed. I sleep alone so I guess gravity just tends to pull the mattress over an inch or two. I do change positions frequently in the night due to orthopedic problems- also the reason I wanted an adjustable frame.

Getting adjusted

I had to wait about 4 weeks after receiving my frame to try it out because it took 4 weeks for the nectar mattress to arrive. I love the adjustable ways I can position my bed. I find if I slept too elevated, it can hurt my back so I have to make sure it's positioned just right. The fact I'm able to elevate my feet is so important because my feet swell alot during warm/hot weather since I've gotten older. The massage feature vibrations gives me a headache but I can deal more with it just on my foot. That's the only complaint I have is it vibrates more than massage & the pressure it generates is not good for to my head.

Horrible service. Horrible experience

They took away the original offer, blamed me for it. I couldn’t get them on the phone, they delivered the bed on the lawn of my 70 YO parents house and ended up delivering 2 left sides so they don’t even have access to the usb plug in on one side. Couldn’t be more disappointed by them.

I have received my order.

Not very satisfied because: 1. Can't feel the vibration very well on my lower extremity. 2. When I raise the head of the bed it makes it uncomfortable to reach anything on my nightstand. unless I actually move my nightstand. DO NOT LIKE TO DO THAT EACH TIME I am in the bed!

Frame stopped working less than 1 yr old

I purchased an adjustable bed frame with my new nectar mattress less than 1 yr ago. It suddenly stopped working last night. Very disappointed having to deal with this so soon, considering the frame is not cheap. Giving it 1 star until it gets sorted with customer services & will change it accordingly.

Synchronization of Dual adjustable twins for king bed

Assistance with dual twin king adjustable bed not available with multiple calls. Can not sync both remotes to dual twin operations. Do not know who to call that understands issues. RJ45 connections unknown purpose. Connection manual has poor illustrations and does not say which port is power and which is pass along. Orientation of servos also hard to tell. Bottom line, have problem with operation of both remotes and synchronization of either to enter individual bed or just one bed with controls close to led sensors. Also need to disable all power to deenergize to start synchronization process again and again... . Who should one call????

Life changing.

This bed frame is life changing. I have neck and shoulder problems. I needed to stop sleeping on my side. The zeroG setting has helped me to sleep on my back. It's fabulous. I'm not going to lie. The message setting has been a bonus at getting me to relax at night. I love it.

Quality

I know most companies allow their products to be tested...like to keep for a month or more.....I feel a customer should get a new product and if it was a used one send back after a trial use, either sale it 60% off to local retailers than to place back in its inventory. That will stop any chance of a customer getting a used product....if only you could see how the used vs the new was shipped, pack, and it required the delivery guy to be two...not one because he cause even more damage to the product. Sliding, flipping, dropping off the truck...damaging the frame and other items in the box....do like the product as my wife does as well, we do wish the legs were 14 -16 inches instead of 9 inches....my mother-in-law has 15 inch legs for her adjustable bed. One last thing, love the mattress, but I would had love the mattress to be a little firmer
