Hi my frame doesn’t work, I reported it and I sent pictures and all and I haven’t heard anything from no one about what it’s going to happen or if I get a discount or you are going to replace it… so yes not happy with my purchase it was a wast of money

My fiance has a lot of health issues, and having an adjustable bed frame has made an immense difference in his sleep quality. We got the split king, which was easy to construct and get started. He loves the phone remote feature, and when we found an issue it was easy to fix! Thank you Nectar for making our lives post-bed bugs that much better

I bought the adjustable sleep frame because I have lumbar pain and it’s worse when I wake up. I’m happy to say that after just the first night of sleeping in it I have no lumbar pain!! I love the messaging feature and go to sleep with it on.. This was the best purchase I have made in a long time!!

So I'm 28 and have a chronic stomach condition. I keep it at bay with my diet and medication but will always have chronic reflux and need to sleep elevated. I've been considering buying an adjustable bed for a while and I'm SO HAPPY I finally did. I'm getting the best sleep ever. I regret not buying one sooner.

The bed frame is very heavy and is a definite two person install. All controls worked good . My only complaint is the wood frame is thin plywood and it broke on the side middle joint during install on existing bed frame from previous bed. Bed frame still functions and I supported broken area with additional bracing board since returning bed would be a major undertaking. this explains only a 4 star rating.

The frame was fairly easy to set up and works well. Compared to a more expensive brand, the movement of this frame is not quite as fluid. But it has all the features I would like. My only complaint is that it seems to get twisted if it is adjusted with one person on the bed, and a second person comes in the bed later. The result is that one of the legs may not be resting firmly against the floor and it will wobble a little bit. This issue is easily corrected by moving the bed flat and then moving it back to where you want it.

I HAD to get an adjustable frame. I had been sleeping on the couch because I had to sleep sitting up. When I decided to get a bed online I had to go with a company that had a split twin adjustable base. I needed a hybrid bed, and the price for the bundle was just too good to pass up! We love our adjustable bed frame!!

We've had our Nectar split king adjustable bed frame for close to 3 years now and at some point (about a year ago), the head on my side of the bed stopped laying all the way flat when lowered. It's not the end of the world or anything, but it does bug me that the two mattresses are different heights now because of the bed frame issue. For what we paid, I expected it to perform well for many years.

I was very skeptical at first because I am a very picky person on certain things. Especially when it comes to large online orders and mostly for a bed. Sorry to admit it but negative things ran through my mind about how much bad luck I've had in the past. After everything arrived and I spent about 20 minutes setting it up I was totally impressed. Easy to follow instructions and everything went smooth as silk. And as far as comfort, I'm a big guy and I don't remember when I slept that good. Thinking about it now I should have bought one of these years ago. These guys have done their homework for skeptical people like me..VERY IMPRESSIVE. Thinking about the next purchase already..Thanks a billion and better sleep for me, yeah.

We purchased the Split King bed frame which is actually two (2) XL Twin adjustable frames because we wanted individual or separate control of the position of our own mattress. The first problem is that the beds tend to separate apart from each other as we move around...they do not have any method of combining the frames into one unit. Therefore you will have a gap between the two beds mattresses which is annoying when you roll over and there is a gap between the two mattresses. Second problem, the instructions for the control unit is less than basic which is irritating when you want to make an adjustment to the control back ground lighting. It is amazing that when you touch the control the unit will light up for 2-3 seconds and then go dark. In the middle of the night and you want to make a position change, 2 seconds is not long enough to find the field to press to make the change...no instructions to extend the length of time for the unit backlight to stay on. Why such pathetic instructions for an expensive adjustable bed frame.
