Assembled easily by myself. Very simple learning process to operate the bed. Slept better from the first night. Mattress is comfortable and stays pretty cool. I am very happy with the purchase. I don't see how the much more expensive ones could perform better.

I purchased the adjustable bed frame in December of 2020. Arrived quickly, setup was easy, and it worked out great. That is, until the remote stopped working in less than a year. In September of 2021, I reached out to the customer service team to get a replacement remote. They sent me instructions to download the app, which only works occasionally (I have had the bed stuck in zero-G for a day because the app just stopped working). They also requested that I send photos of the tags on the bottom of the frame. I sent in the photos. I then received instructions to call and provide the same information that was in the photos that I sent. I called and provided the information. I have now in January 2022 received another email to ask what was wrong with the remote. There are ever increasing hoops to jump through, and I'm still just left with a basic bed frame.

Love my adjustable bed frame--really feels like a key tool in my self-care kit. The reading and sleep settings are my go-to's, and the zero gravity and massage modes are gravy. I definitely notice I am falling asleep faster and having more restful sleep.

I've had this bed frame for around 3 months now and I am so very pleased with it. It came already put together except for legs. Easy set up. Frame is sturdy and works perfectly. I dont really use the massage mode myself but my grandchildren and husband love the massage settings for head and feet. Remote has 3 memory settings which is nice if more than one person sleeps in bed. I am very pleased with this product and we will be buying another one for our other bedroom.

The remote works, but the bed doesn’t do anything. It’s not easy to set up the cables, apparently I did something wrong when connecting them, but the instructions are not clear. Nectar’s customer support is mediocre. I’m very frustrated, I gave up and I’m just using the bad without any of its functions, at least I can sleep on it as a conventional bed because I can’t use none of its functions!!!

Despite the manual indicating an optional headboard mounting kit was needed to mount a standard Queen size headboard, I was told by the online support representative that that product does not exist. So if I want a headboard on my brand new queen size adjustable frame, I will have to figure out how to make mounting brackets.

I love my new Nectar mattress and adjustable bed frame! I recently found out that I have a compressed disc in my cervical spine and the zero gravity setting works perfectly to help relieve some of my pain. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and the remote did stop working once. I had a hard time finding any troubleshooting information but once I reset the frame by unplugging it and then plugging it back in the remote starting working again.

I have been a long-time sufferer of reflux. I replaced my King Sleep Number bed with a Queen Nectar Premium mattress with an adjustable frame. I set the bed at a slight incline and problem solved. The only issue I've had is that the foot massager has started making a terrible grinding noise ~ not at all relaxing. I contacted Nectar ~ and so long I send a video confirming the noise, they assure me the issue will be resolved. If this is the case, Nectar will have earned a 6-star rating!

We bought Nectar mattresses some time back because of their 360 day return policy. Never heard of that before or since. And we're just as happy with the adjustable bed frame. My only complaint is that I put my legs and head up every night and before I fall asleep, the legs are flat again and I've not touched anything. And, by morning, my head is noticeable lower than it was before I went to sleep. But I can live with that in trade for the comfort of the combo bed frame and mattresses. I have lived abroad for decades, when I came back to the US i had to furnish my house from scratch. When it came to beds I found a spectrum of price that just blew me away ! I finally settled on the Nectar Queen Size with frame to go with it . I can honestly say that at Sixty Six years of age I have NEVER slept so well in my life ! The zero gravity function is fantastic! The mattress is utterly perfect ! I know it sounds kind of silly but my mantra these days is " I LOVE MY BED" Ahahahahah. I sincerely recommend this mattress and be sure and get the frame that has the massage feature and the raised/ lowered head and feet functions, you will not be sorry !
