This has been an issue since we unwrapped it. It was sliced from someone unpacking it at your place of business. We let it go. Tho really should not have. I took pictures so there’s that. The electricity keeps going out so much that the adapter looks like it’s blown. I tried to get into my account and it says I don’t have one please register for a new one. I’m not doing that so I went to my emails from you that I get every week at the email you don’t recognize. I am very disappointed with your company right now. You need to fix this. The two stars are for when it worked which was very little. If it worked consistently and well and wasn’t ripped/torn you would have gotten five stars. This is the second bed I bought. I bought one for my son and he loved it. So we bought one for us. Bed great tho adjustable frame not so much.

I am suffering severe scoliosis and Harrington flat back syndrome and am awaiting a very Invasive spinal surgery. This adjustable bed frame has been a life saver!!!! I absolutely love the massage options and the zero gravity position really helps take the pressure off my back. Plus it's the frame and base in one for one low price where many place sell the base and frame seperately so you pay double! You definitely can't find a better adjustable bed frame than this one!

Very heavy duty! With two men putting it together it was a snap! Works with the mattress very well. Adjustable base allows me to sit straight up and sleep mode has stopped my sleep apnea!! And for a bonus, the vibrating base and has a smooth high/low adjustment. Plus a free set of pillows, linen, and. padded bed cover. Wow, deal of the century:+1:

Absolutely love the fact that it has 3 different leg settings! The zero gravity and different massage settings have come to be super helpful with getting a great nite sleep. Assembly was pretty simple and straightforward. Thanks again Nectar for being one of the best decisions ive made this year!!

I bought this adjustable frame because it would fit up the stairs of my old house. I recently moved into an old house and to my utter disappointment, my queen i-serta motion bed frame would not fit up the stairs (tight turning radius). The Serta was a very expensive bed (twice the price of nectar). But I needed an adjustable bed frame for health reasons. The folks at nectar assured me the frame would fit because it is “folded” when delivered. But that thing is heavy (141 lbs!) As an older woman living alone, in a new City where I know no one, I needed white glove service. Sadly, this service is no longer available. I had to find a handyman to do the job. I was expecting the bed on October 7 per the status. Of course, it came earlier! It was dumped on my front steps. And the forecast called for rain. What a scramble to get it into the house. The cardboard box was flimsy. It was a relatively easy set-up. The remote works as expected. I was excited for 2 minutes when I thought I could pair the remote to my device and have “siri” tell the bed what to do. Alas, the “resident app” is merely a clone of the remote. Helpful, I suppose if your battery dies and you are stuck in some position or you lose the remote, but not necessary. (The instructions point you to the resident shopping app, not the remote control app so avoid the frustration and just keep an extra set of batteries handy!) overall, this is a decent frame that can compete with the big names at a much better price. Just wish the delivery experience had been better.

We purchase two twin xl adjustable bed frames when Nectar had a sale, with the thought of finally being able to try something that we have thought about for years. With their return policy, we thought now's the time to try! We have a king size mattress and one of the pluses is that these two twin xl frames can connect together and operate as one. So, we decided to try it with our king hybrid mattress before purchasing separate twin xl mattresses. We actually at first considered this adjustable bed for my husband , as he likes to sleep with his head elevated. I usually like to sleep flatter, so I wasn't convinced I was going to like these frames, especially without separate mattresses. We had been using wedge pillows, but I never liked how those elevated. Well, it turns out that I absolutely love this adjustable bed. Right now we both like a slight elevation on head and feet, so we are good with our king mattress, but we have the option in the future to purchase separate twin xl mattresses if our needs change. I am surprised at how much better I sleep with the correct adjustment, and a very slight adjustment can make a world of difference (which honestly, surprised me). While this adjustable frame does not have set lights to light a path around the bed, it does have led lights on the plug in box to show it is working, which actually casts off plenty of light from underside of bed. The only thing I would request to be different is the remote. I wish it would light up when I pick it up, not just when I touch a button , as I can touch the wrong button sometimes. We are very happy with this purchase and the warranty!!

We purchased the Nectar adjustable frame and mattress. My wife and myself have had great nights sleep with this combination. With the head raised some and the feet higher than our hearts we get up in the morning feeling refreshed and rested. Best thing of all is when you get up in the morning - lower the head and feet and when the bed is flat it gives such a great stretch to your back. I would recommend this bed to all.

I bought the nectar mattress a while back, then decided I also needed the adjustable bed frame recently, so I now have the complete combo. They both arrived in a timely manner and were so easy to unpackage / assemble. Literal game changer for my sleep! I have some neurological issues that cause many position while sleeping to be painful, resulting in extremely restless nights. Being able to adjust my head and feet before sleep, during the night if I wake (which happens considerably less now) and upon waking has changed my life!! I am getting a quality of sleep that I honestly didn't think was possible. The level of comfort these products provide is amazing! My attitude is better, my productivity is better, I'm so happy to have found these! They are also extremely affordable.

We do not like how when it is in a sitting position - you can see all of the mechanical parts in the back of the bed. It also makes a weird sound if I do not sit down very gently and I am not a heavier person. Massage has nothing to do with the head or feet - more for mid-body parts. It is comfortable. Enjoy the adjustable aspects. Overall it has been a positive experience.

I purchased the adjustable bed frame in December of 2020. Arrived quickly, setup was easy, and it worked out great. That is, until the remote stopped working in less than a year. In September of 2021, I reached out to the customer service team to get a replacement remote. They sent me instructions to download the app, which only works occasionally (I have had the bed stuck in zero-G for a day because the app just stopped working). They also requested that I send photos of the tags on the bottom of the frame. I sent in the photos. I then received instructions to call and provide the same information that was in the photos that I sent. I called and provided the information. I have now in January 2022 received another email to ask what was wrong with the remote. There are ever increasing hoops to jump through, and I'm still just left with a basic bed frame.
