The order process was a breeze! The shipping was quick and setup was extremely easy! I love the adjustable frame! I get amazing nights sleep and highly recommend them to anyone! I also didn’t realize there is a massage setting but that was just an added bonus!

I wanted the split king adjustable frame so my wife and I could adjust the bed to our own settings. One of the features that came with the frame was USB port on each of the frames. Now in order to get a split king you have to purchase two XL Twin size frames and you have to put them together side by side. So when you do this the USB port on one of the frames is in the middle of the bed and you can’t get to it. I would have liked to have had an option for the frames to have placed the USB port on the right side of the frame.

At first when I got the Nectar mattress, I thought it was the best! It felt like you were laying on a cloud. Then about 2 months in, I started getting bad lower back pain. No worries I thought, I must've just twisted wrong or something and I would just go to the chiropractor and get adjusted. Fast forward now 8 months later...my husband (someone who has NEVER had back issues) can't even get out of bed in the morning without having extreme low back pain. We would even rotate the mattress about every two weeks just incase there where low spots wearing into the mattress foam. Finally less than 1 year after buying the Nectar we bought a completely new bed, and after about a week, absolutely 0 back pain. The Nectar is a joke.

The massager is a game changer. With 3 vibration controls along with 3 levels of intensity just makes for an excellent night sleep. If you are thinking about purchasing one, go ahead because you will love it. The only improvement I can think of is the location of the USB connector. If you are going to place your adjustable frame inside your bed frame you probably won't have access to the USB connector...which by the way is a great feature!

The base itself is fine and the use is very easy. However, the massage feature is a joke and the assembling is a pain! Right at the first step (connecting head and foot sides of the bed) was not really possible, because the sturdy metal parts wouldn't slight into each other. A friend came over and had to use force (hammer) to get them together. The manual contradicts the pictogram on the bed, where you connect the little wires for massage motor, LED, and adjuster (follow the pictogram on the bed). Because of that just 3 stars.

I’ve been loving this adjustable base for the last 3 months or so, the base came after the mattress, but was still great and easy to setup. The only caveat is that the base wasn’t packaged extremely well and the straps actually broke through the cardboard box.

I have two queen Nectar adjustable bed frames. The first one was missing parts so I want sent a second frame. It was also missing parts, but because I kept the first one I had enough parts to assemble. Then it does not work. The power light comes on but the frame does nothing. I have rechecked all wiring and also had someone else check it too. Do NOT order this frame. Both times the box was damaged and I could literally hear the parts inside moving around the box. I cannot send this back because how would I ever get it into the box!

To my dissatisfaction, the frame materials seem cheap. The particle board that the mattress lays on has a large chunk of the corner broken off and floating around inside the fabric. The electrical foot lift shorts out and takes forever to go up and down. And yes, I checked all the wiring and made sure it was color coded and connected correctly. I literally had to click the button several times (10-15) to get the bed flat again. Now we have it all built and not even slightly interested in taking it all down to box it up to send it back. VERY Heavy to go up and down stairs with. We are just stuck with a brand new broken bed! Not thrilled at all!

I have been sleeping on my Nectar for a couple of months now. It took some getting used to it, but it definitely has improved my lower back pain and I enjoy the adjustable frame for reading in bed at night with my back and legs elevated. So far, so good!

I'm so happy that I ordered this headboard and frame. Although typically it wouldn't be me style, I ended up loving it. It has nice clean lines and goes well with everything in the bedroom. I bought it in grey. It's a darker grey and lovely. It was reasonably easy to assemble and is extremely well made. I was concerned about reading in bed because the headboard isn't as tall as my previous one. But it worked great. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
