The frame was fairly easy to set up and works well. Compared to a more expensive brand, the movement of this frame is not quite as fluid. But it has all the features I would like. My only complaint is that it seems to get twisted if it is adjusted with one person on the bed, and a second person comes in the bed later. The result is that one of the legs may not be resting firmly against the floor and it will wobble a little bit. This issue is easily corrected by moving the bed flat and then moving it back to where you want it.

This company rocks. The bed is amazing. The customer service above and beyond. I had one problem, not even nectar's fault. One of my adjustable bed frames came damaged, usp's fault (I have video from my ring doorbell), and nectar took care of it. The only down side is the noise from the message motor but it vibration is great, so the trade off is acceptable. Keep up the good work.

I purchased the bed in My 3rd trimester of my pregnancy, hoping to get a good night's sleep. My daughter is currently 1 week old today and I will say aside from needing a step stool to get up and down. I'm 4'11" and had to have a cesarean. This bed truly is a blessing! The vibration helps circulation on my lower legs and feet which are still swollen! And the adjustment in the head and feet allow me to breast feed comfortably. My partner and I both fall right asleep after feedings him more so! Lol. I definitely give it 5+ stars and definitely recommend! We love it!

I absolutely love this bed frame! The adjustability helped so much when I had a cold and needed to sleep elevated. My favorite functions are the zero gravity for maximum lounging comfort and the massage for getting to sleep quickly. The freedom that comes with being able to play with these features without disturbing my partner is great. It was so simple to assemble and was delivered right on time. So far, it is worth the investment to never buy another frame again!

We recently purchased a Nectar Queen size mattress and adjustable bed frame. We have been extremely pleased with our purchase. It was easy to assemble out of the box. The directions were clear but it did take two people for assembly. It works just as it should. I like being able to adjust the bed to be able to comfortably watch TV. No more trying to stack and pile pillows to be comfortable. I also like to sleep with my head slightly elevated and that has helped with snoring issues. After about a month of use, I can say this was a great purchase for us and I highly recommend Nectar.

We love our Nectar Adjustable Bed. Assembly was simple. We love the medium height of the bed and mattress. I used to wake up multiple times a night from pain and discomfort. The Nectar mattress has helped me sleep through most of the nights and I feel more rested. This has been one of the best decisions we could have made concerning our bed.

I really like the adjustable bed frame, but I do see room for improvements in 2 areas. 1) the massage function. It's interesting...I'm not a fan of feeling. 2) In reading function, the bed frame in the back goes straight up so now I'm too far from the lamp. It would be nice if the foot of the base moved towards the front so you're still in line with the nightstand.

Well it was ez enuf to put together but the massage feature on the bottom of the base is on permanently! I have to unplug the bed to make it turn off! So that means I have to plug the bed in to change positions so I'm not able to enjoy it how it was supposed to be used!

The frame is pretty useful but does move a bit when elevated and you move around. The remote has a lot of buttons on it and it is hard to figure out which ones move just the head or foot sections in the dark. By the time you hit a button that you think is the right one, it is usually not and something else happens, like setting it to flat or raising it all up! The USB ports are in the middle of the side, so they will be easily hit as you get in and out of the bed... we decided to not take the chance, so we are not using them. Overall, the ability to raise the head and feet really does make sleeping easier and tends to help with snoring, so I think it was a good purchase. The things that sold us on it (USB ports, remote, etc.) ended up being features that are really not usable in real life. If the remote had a cover over all the extra buttons and the USB was located up near the head, it would have much better! I would recommend it for anyone who needs to have an adjustable base. Coupled with the excellent bed, we really like our Nectar bed! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

I purchased the adjustable bed frame in December of 2020. Arrived quickly, setup was easy, and it worked out great. That is, until the remote stopped working in less than a year. In September of 2021, I reached out to the customer service team to get a replacement remote. They sent me instructions to download the app, which only works occasionally (I have had the bed stuck in zero-G for a day because the app just stopped working). They also requested that I send photos of the tags on the bottom of the frame. I sent in the photos. I then received instructions to call and provide the same information that was in the photos that I sent. I called and provided the information. I have now in January 2022 received another email to ask what was wrong with the remote. There are ever increasing hoops to jump through, and I'm still just left with a basic bed frame.
