The base is good insofar as it serves its purpose. I love being able to lift my head to watch tv and read. Hopefully it stands the test of time. However, it is pricey. Especially seeing that all of the mattress stores are now advertising a free adjustable base with certain mattresses. If I had known, I wouldn’t have spent the money.

I bought the Nectar adjustable queen size frame as part of a bundle in Feb 2020. It arrived in March 2020 right at the start of Covid (I paid for white glove service). When it first came, it was extremely noisy when I would adjust the lower part. So I had to do a lot of back and forth with customer service until we figured out the motor was broken. They sent a replacement part and I had to fix it myself. So I was already a little annoyed that I bothered paying for white glove service only to have to then fix it myself, but I realized this is something no one could foresee. It wasn't anyone's fault. The frame was great for the first year. I liked all the features. It's great to have the USB ports on both sides. The adjusting movements are smooth and quiet. It looks great. I like the massage feature. The remote is a great feature. Sadly, after a year I thought maybe my mattress was getting dented. I flipped it around. Still felt like there was a dent. Several months later, I figured out it's the bedframe that has bowed significantly in the center. It is visibly dipped in the middle. I am less than 160 lbs and sleep alone... Customer service was nice and friendly, had me take pictures of all the tags underneath as well as pictures of the problem area. They sent me a new replacement frame. I'm disappointed by this solution as 1) now I'm on my own for assembling this (again, initially I paid for the white glove service, waiting extra long for it to arrive that way because I'm not physically strong enough to push the box around or comfortable flip the bed upside down). I am also worried the same problem will happen again in another year. I also now have to deal with disassembling the old, broken frame and figuring out how to dispose of this. Overall, I would warn others to stay away from this frame. The hassle of it all combined with the months of uncomfortable sleep that resulted, and now worrying that I'm in for a repeat of this issue make it a bad investment. The customer service reps are really nice and do all they can to help, but I really wish I could have just gotten a refund (even a partial one!) rather than a replacement for a frame that might be just as bad as the original. I love the mattress, sheets, pillows (Best pillows I've ever owned!), and mattress cover a lot. But the adjustable queen frame is a real disappointment. TLDR: After 14 months of 1 person (under 160 lbs) sleeping on this alone, the middle bowed dramatically making it unusable and I had to be sent a replacement (for free). I'm worried this will happen again and now have to figure out how to get rid of the old, broken one.

I seem to keep accidentally resetting my presets, which is kind of annoying. Also I usually need to press a button on the remote twice before it works, and the lower rumbler is excessively noisy. But I am still really happy with this purchase, it's just not perfect.

I love having the ability to raise my head slightly to help prevent acid reflux. I also use the "massage" function every night while going to sleep. The only reason I've taken away a star is because it feels like the "massage" function isn't fully working in certain spots. That being said, I'm certainly a believer this frame is helping with my eep quality.

The setup was fairly simple. Two people put it together right in the room. I love that there are pieces included to adjust the height from the ground. The remote lights up in the dark and is ready to use right away. I can adjust to my favorite position quickly and it has smooth transitions. Watching TV has never been this comfortable. I am loving my new adjustable frame. I don't know why it took me so long to make this purchase.

Pros: * It's very quiet adjustable frame. * Well made metal frame * Wireless remote is awesome! * The price is reasonable. Cons: * Massage feature is great. However, it is bit loud and vibrates The bedroom is on the 2nd floor, and when massage function is on, the sound travel to the first floor even louder.

I like the adjustability of the base. It moves well (no extra noise or feeling it might fail). Not super pleased with the vibration. I thought it would be felt more throughout the mattress. It seems to be more centered in the mattress and not really make it to the sides, which would be preferable with two people on different sides of the bed.

The nectar adjustable bed frame was super easy to set up. I had no problems getting it out of the package and following the simple directions to get it placed and load my mattress on top of it. Remote is super easy to use and I have loved all the different settings and options offered by this bed frame! Plenty of storage under the bed offered and the under the bed light is fantastic.

What Massage Feature? Even when it is on you can't feel it so what's the point of saying it's there? Cheap construction- thin steel putting it together we broke 2 legs just flipping them over. Nothing to hold the mattress in on the sides so it is constantly falling off.

Both frames have the USB outlet on the same side. The frame has guards on the bottom of the mattress to keep the mattress in place when you adjust the bed. This means that one frame has the USB connection on the inside of the frame if you place it next to the other frame where your partner is sleeping. So. If you want to be physically close to your partner you cannot use the USB connection on one frame. The other issue is the mattress still slide side to side so you are constantly pushing the mattress back into place. The last thing is that as you raise the upper part of the bed. Where your head and torso are. The pillow has a tendency to fall onto the floor because as you raise the bed it comes away from the wall leaving a space in-between the bed and the wall. It would have been helpful to have a barrier on top to keep this from happening.
