Having the split king setup really prevents any transfer of movement from being felt by your partner. I fall asleep in zero gravity mode while my wife remains in the flat position. The actuators are quiet so I can flatten back out in the middle of the night and not wake her up. It’s only been a month or so, but no regrets or buyer’s remorse so far. Setup was also pretty simple, I set the first one up solo, had my wife’s help by the second one. They recommend using a team and it does help to have an extra set of hands because of the weight since you need to flip the frame at the end.

The frame itself is great quality. Works amazing and I am in love with my new adjustable bed. The downside is we wanted a split king so bought two twin xl mattresses and frames. The frames have usb outlets but are both in the same side so when putting the frames together u are only able to use the one hub. Also I was told when purchasing that there was a way to hook the frames together.... nope. So my worry is that my little dogs will fall in between the crack. My husband build something to hook the 2 together so I don’t worry about this but I felt this was should have been done by the manufacturer. Overall am very happy with our bed was just disappointed by these 2 things

We've had our nectar mattress for almost 4 years and we've loved it. So when we decided to upgrade to an adjustable frame, we had to get the nectar frame. We originally had the platform frame from nectar and it worked great. But the adjustable frame has been amazing for us. Makes watching TV or reading in bed so much better than just propping up pillows. The remote works great and we love the memory button to automatically adjust to our most used perfect position. It's height is adjustable with different feet options, so there's plenty of under the bed storage room. It had been a great addition to our nectar products we've had for years!

I bought the Nectar adjustable queen size frame as part of a bundle in Feb 2020. It arrived in March 2020 right at the start of Covid (I paid for white glove service). When it first came, it was extremely noisy when I would adjust the lower part. So I had to do a lot of back and forth with customer service until we figured out the motor was broken. They sent a replacement part and I had to fix it myself. So I was already a little annoyed that I bothered paying for white glove service only to have to then fix it myself, but I realized this is something no one could foresee. It wasn't anyone's fault. The frame was great for the first year. I liked all the features. It's great to have the USB ports on both sides. The adjusting movements are smooth and quiet. It looks great. I like the massage feature. The remote is a great feature. Sadly, after a year I thought maybe my mattress was getting dented. I flipped it around. Still felt like there was a dent. Several months later, I figured out it's the bedframe that has bowed significantly in the center. It is visibly dipped in the middle. I am less than 160 lbs and sleep alone... Customer service was nice and friendly, had me take pictures of all the tags underneath as well as pictures of the problem area. They sent me a new replacement frame. I'm disappointed by this solution as 1) now I'm on my own for assembling this (again, initially I paid for the white glove service, waiting extra long for it to arrive that way because I'm not physically strong enough to push the box around or comfortable flip the bed upside down). I am also worried the same problem will happen again in another year. I also now have to deal with disassembling the old, broken frame and figuring out how to dispose of this. Overall, I would warn others to stay away from this frame. The hassle of it all combined with the months of uncomfortable sleep that resulted, and now worrying that I'm in for a repeat of this issue make it a bad investment. The customer service reps are really nice and do all they can to help, but I really wish I could have just gotten a refund (even a partial one!) rather than a replacement for a frame that might be just as bad as the original. I love the mattress, sheets, pillows (Best pillows I've ever owned!), and mattress cover a lot. But the adjustable queen frame is a real disappointment. TLDR: After 14 months of 1 person (under 160 lbs) sleeping on this alone, the middle bowed dramatically making it unusable and I had to be sent a replacement (for free). I'm worried this will happen again and now have to figure out how to get rid of the old, broken one.

We though there was a snore function, but it wasn’t included. We also thought that the bases somehow joined via the frames. We can’t have our big dogs on the bed because they’ll fall through the middle. Other than those two things, the zero gravity is fantastic and I love having two preset favorite settings. I’ve noticed less pressure on hips and love sleeping with legs elevated. Under bed lighting is a nice feature. When I first tried the massage feature, I kind of thought it was silly. I’ve since changed my mind. It kind of lulls you like a car ride does a baby.

I purchased during the beginning of Covid. It took months to get the mattress and several months more to get a dud frame which was then replaced by a substandard frame. While the second one works, it has a few corner tears like to first one and the USB on one side quit working eventhough wire is attached. My daughter got the cali king on a stand wood frame. It's both beautiful and comfortable. I don't feel the same about our purchase. Call me a princess but I feel the frame through the mattress.

The adjustable frame works as advertised. It is very quite and moves smoothly. Massage feature is not super intense but adequate. The main issue was handling and maneuvering it during setup. It is bulky and platform pieces move while trying to place in position. The plastic ties that hold it in place either moved/slid or broke while moving it around. I would still recommend this product.

Shipping took quite a bit longer than expected. I live in Alaska and distances are large! I was already disappointed with the product by the time it arrived. Assembly&use: Instructions where complete, well written and easy to follow. All the parts where there and the fit and finish where above what I had expected for the price point. Welded steel frame, adjustable height legs, robust massage feature, usable presets for positions. All very pleasantly surprising!

I was gifted a Nectar mattress from my daughter. I also suffer from GERD, so I ordered the adjustable bed frame. I sleep so much better now. I used to wake up numerous times in the night and wake in the morning still tired with aches and pains. I am So... happy to have a Nectar sleep system. 5 Stars.

We have had our Nectar, split king (adjustable frames and twin XL mattresses). The first night we slept so good! First time since we can't remember when that we didn't wake up with lower back pain. My only concern is, the massage motor has become very loud and if you move on the bed with the massage on (move meaning fix your pillow or something) the noise changes pitch. Not sure if the screws need to be tightened again or what. The other item of concern is that when you lift the head of each frame, it gets to a certain point and it pops. It doesn't stop working, but after having the mattresses going on 2 months now, I wouldn't expect to be having issues. But overall, I LOVE this bed! Best money we ever spent!!! And the sheets!!! Love them too!!
