We love the vibration/message feature and use it every night. This base was a faction of the price of other companies and we are glad we went with Nectar!

Now I can easily adjust it to help with asthma and acid reflux. The massage feature is amazing! The instructions could have been just a little more clear. However, putting it together was pretty easy. I love the addrd feature of 2 phone charging ports on both sides also.
I should have bought this sooner!

I already had the nectar mattress (also amazing) so I had been saving up for this frame and she surprised me with it. Set up was so simple (the instructions make it seem more complicated than it is) and I just love it. The cats are still getting used to it but I’m already obsessed lol If you’re still questioning on getting it, stop and just get it!!!!!

I love sitting in bed to read and sleeping is awesome. My only complaint is that I have the remotes paired so that the two sides work together and randomly they will become impaired and one side will stop working. It usually starts working again randomly or I’ll have to repair them, which isn’t a huge deal but a minor annoyance.

Would be 6 stars if it was possible to get headboard adapter - as the instruction booklet calls out as optional purchase but apparently is not an option. Disappointing but otherwise great.

We ordered our Nectar split King adjustable bed and it was easy to assemble. The first night I used the zero gravity setting and finally was able to sleep thru the night. It's very comfortable and worth every penny. The only drawback is we didn't buy a bed frame and the mattresses move to the side and separate in the middle, but not always. Otherwise it has been a great buy for my wife and I. It's unbelievably nice to be able to adjust my side of the bed to however I like and not affect my wife's side. I highly recommend this bed to everyone.

No more moving to a recliner half way through the night. I have had the frame for less than two months and have to pair the remote two additional times. Easy to do, just not something I should have to do.

If you shift at all in the night, it's enough to wake up anyone in the room, and it does. In trying to return it after a week, they're saying I have to take pictures of the base, but I'm disabled and my mattress is too heavy. They expect me to pay someone to take a picture of something that's a couple weeks old with zero damage.

After about an hour, we figured out how to make all of the connections. The instructions need to be re-written with photos to show how wired need to be ran and were connections need to be made. Also, labeling the connections and colored wires would help a lot. For example: Plug the red wire into AUX1 input on main lift motor at head of bed. Next, have a picture of how the wired need to be ran to avoid the wires from being pinched when the bed is raised or lowered. Next, on the bed controls. I do wish that I had a choice of a WIRED or WIRELESS bed control / remote. I have a tendency of losing remotes. In the NEW instructions, you need to better clarify that the remote ...

I was surprised to find USB ports, and I did not realize it had so many functions like zero gravity position and a timer for the massage functions. I like that I can have my head a little higher which helps with my acid reflux.

Sometimes I feel like the bed is too soft. I’ve had to go to the chiropractor about 5 times since I started sleeping in the bed because I feel like my back goes out a lot sleeping in this bed. It could just be a coincidence though. I’m glad I have a year to decide. I’m going to give it a few more months, and then decide. I also love the adjustable base.

So, if you have your beds together (like a king size), you can't access the USB ports. The other annoying thing about these are the remotes. They have a button to use them as a flashlight, but the remote keys are totally dark. If you want to make any adjustments at night, you need a light to SEE the remote. So the flashlight feature on the remote is just about pointless.

I recently found out that I have a compressed disc in my cervical spine and the zero gravity setting works perfectly to help relieve some of my pain. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and the remote did stop working once. I had a hard time finding any troubleshooting information but once I reset the frame by unplugging it and then plugging it back in the remote starting working again.

We were so very excited to receive our mattress/base, that we wanted to get it set up as soon as it arrived...Welp, there was a slight a shipping delay ('tis the season--so no big deal)...but when we received our adjustable base, it came in a damaged box, with broken parts ( possibly no fault of Nectar)--But, it also came with pieces that appeared to be used, as well as an open/empty box inside the base .. ..(REALLY?) How very disappointing...BTW.. We got the mattress in a damaged box as well ..(sighs deeply)

Shortly after a year everything stopped working and its was just a basic bed frame. I wish we wouldn't of spent the extra money to get one that moved because it was a waste seeing how it only lastest a little over a year

I can read in bed much more comfortably. I highly suggest when the frame arrives, take it out of the box and take in the house piece by piece. You will need another person to help. The frame is very easy to assemble.
