This company rocks. The bed is amazing. The customer service above and beyond. I had one problem, not even nectar's fault. One of my adjustable bed frames came damaged, usp's fault (I have video from my ring doorbell), and nectar took care of it. The only down side is the noise from the message motor but it vibration is great, so the trade off is acceptable. Keep up the good work.

I purchased the nectar mattress about 2 months ago and really love it! While the adjustable frame is awesome for raising and lowering the bed, it squeaks terribly every time I move around on it, even with the littlest of movements. Also the mattress slides around on the frame quite a bit through the night and when raising and lowing so I’m always pushing it back where it belongs.

It came without instructions and my call to the support team revealed there is no online manual. Was directed to a Utube video That was for a different adjustable base. Then control did not work. Turns out I had to call and have someone sync it. Horrible experience

Love it can't understand how I used to sleep on regular bed, this one is life changing, great quality and maybe it's the nicer design in the market, I have done so many searching and luckily I bought the nectar, nectar been our favorites bed and mattresses since 2016 and will stay always like that especially they have the best customer service they are very professional and helpful and they truly believe to take care of the customer, warranty are awesome which manufacturers will give you free 1 year trial for mattresses and 90 nights for frame with shipping free and best price for the best quality? NO ONE EXCEPT NECTAR!!! Bought so far 2 king mattress and 2 full size and 4 frames full long and will definitely recommend nectar to everyone one, Just give it try you are not going to lose anything if it doesn't fit give them a call and they will come and pick it up for free, you welcome!!!

After looking at many adjustable frames, some especially for larger people, we decided on the Nectar frames to go with our Nectar mattresses. It does take getting used to, especially when going to a split king/dual XL Twin, but it is great. With my lymphedema, I needed a frame like this. My legs are swelling less during the day and I'm sleeping longer.

the remote is very finicky. it shuts down and won't operate. then you have to unplug the bed and push the pairing button until it resets. it does this at random times for no apparent reason--it wasn't even touched. it took me about 5 times before i could remember this without referring to the manual. asked for a new remote in case it was defective and given the run around--fill out forms, etc etc. it's a cheap plastic remote. would it have been so hard to just send a new one. i was in middle of a move. i could do the form now but just don't want to deal with them. it's a 3rd person vendor.

We've enjoyed using our 2 new Nectar Adjustable Frames. We use it as a split king bed. Although the velcro strap seems tight, the beds still move apart. Still trying to get used to that. Good news is that the features are working well. Very happy, so far!

My wife has some pretty bad back and hip issues. Our old mattresses, even new, she would have issues getting up and could not really walk right away. The day after the first time and every time since sleeping on this mattress she has woken up and been able to stand up and walk. She will always have issues but to see her, even after a fall, get up and be able to walk with no help and stand tall made this INVESTMENT, yes investment, worth every penny. I get a great night's sleep and wake up not groggy and the snore button is a God send. Love all the features that are on the remote are wonderful. Our dogs especially loves the vibration feature. And the height our fur babies love being able to get under the bed.

I LOVE my nectar adjustable bed! Assembly was very easy. The bed is very quiet, upon rolling over you do not disrupt your partner. I love the height of the bed, so easy to get in and out of. Also, the adjustable head and foot plus the massage aspect makes for a perfect nights sleep!

Application is impractical. I rarely use it. The bar at the end makes it a pain to make the bed. I've actually gotten my toes stuck in it while sleeping. If you have the frame adjusted and get off of your bed, the mattress goes straight and stiff, messes up the bedding, and you have to return the frame to normal to re-make the bed.
