- 4 out of 5 stars review9/20/2023I bought one previously and when it arrived the corner of the frame had been broken during shipping. The next one I got was somehow broken in the exact same spot. Disregarding the damage, the bedframe itself is really nice and works as advertised. the comapny just needs to invest in better padding for shipping.

In addition, one of the pillows arrived with no plastic covering. I do not know if this pillow was previously used or not. It certainly was not sterile, so I cannot use it due to Covid 19 concerns.

There is no where in the instructions that says to pair the remote with the control box. It is listed in the troubleshoot but not before you flip the base over. We had to flip the base back over to push the button on the control box, then back, it was extra unnecessary work. Besides that it works as expected and very comfortable.

Mattress arrived safe and sound and was exactly as expected - 5 stars there. BUT. The frame is an entirely different story. The frame is shipped as two parts, both are heavy, and for some reason the company insists on shipping both halves in the same box with thin tie wraps to hold the two pieces together inside the box and a set of larger straps holding the box itself together. The single box is very heavy and ours were utter disasters. Upon arrival the box is shredded, the internal tie wraps all broken, the hinge joints broken and bent, and the motor mounts completely out of alignment Nectar offers to ship another and suggests that we "...check...
Queen bed frame - completely horrible - was replaced and STILL was bad

The led light strip on the bottom is a little small if planning on having it to see during the night. Another thing, I don't show anywhere online to get brackets for a head board with this base. That would be a nice addition. Otherwise, the adjustability and the massage motors work great.

The particle board that the mattress lays on has a large chunk of the corner broken off and floating around inside the fabric. The electrical foot lift shorts out and takes forever to go up and down. And yes, I checked all the wiring and made sure it was color coded and connected correctly. I literally had to click the button several times (10-15) to get the bed flat again. Now we have it all built and not even slightly interested in taking it all down to box it up to send it back. VERY Heavy to go up and down stairs with. We are just stuck with a brand new broken bed! Not thrilled at all!

The downside is we wanted a split king so bought two twin xl mattresses and frames. The frames have usb outlets but are both in the same side so when putting the frames together u are only able to use the one hub. Also I was told when purchasing that there was a way to hook the frames together.... nope. So my worry is that my little dogs will fall in between the crack. My husband build something to hook the 2 together so I don’t worry about this but I felt this was should have been done by the manufacturer. Overall am very happy with our bed was just disappointed by these 2 things

Theyre just super loud and can hardly feel it through nectar matress. Personally i feel like the pivot point for the head could be a little higher. My feet hang off the end of the bed when its in the tv mode.
Not terrible for price.

It helps relieve my pain and swelling at the end of the day I couldn’t imagine life without it now.

The adjustable bed is not so good. The foot actuator squeaks terribly in action and the foot massage is very noisy also. I expect the foot actuator will need to be replaced in the near future. I expected better for the price of the adjustable bed.

I feel like the mattress isn't as substantial as it could be. It lifts at the bottom; moves around with the adjustable frame. For the cost of the bed I expected a better mattress

It was super easy to assemble (purchased a king size) because other then the legs on the frame everything else was already together!! Just unfold, attach the legs and set it up!! Easy peasy!!! The adjustments are super easy to operate and the comfort is beyond description!!! An absolutely perfect bed!!! What are you waiting for??? GO!! Go NOW!!! Click on the "submit order"!!! I have two complaints though. 1st, there are squeaks coming from somewhere in the frame, I plan to try finding the source and fix if I can. 2nd, wire management between the electronic components is nonexistent. Lots of wire just hanging from underneath, seems in time it will get tangled and damaged.
I like having an adjustable frame.

The massage function is something I don't really use or appreciate. It's just noise to me. The wife says it does not massage enough for her and turning off after 15 minutes is not long enough. The multiple adjustment positions is very good.

I've made 2 payments so far on a mattress I can't use and a frame I have only recieved a piece of. If your in any kind of hurry to have a new bed don't order from here.

I especially love the fact that I can adjust the bed to whatever position I wish. My only complaint would be the mattress. Although it starts out as very comfortable, it quickly develops a “well” or body indention. I suppose I could rotate the mattress, but they could also make a better mattress. Ii just put their mattress isn the guest room and put a regular spring mattress on the bed. Best of both worlds!

It is a comfortable bed. However, I downgraded from a King to a Queen but I'm not too happy with the queen. My partner and I sleep in different positions. So a King may be better. But I've already paid for the queen bed. How can I upgrade without paying out too much money?

I put the frame inside my previous frame so I could keep the head board. Two suggestions. The massage works fairly well but it is uneven. The head massager is on one side of the bed while the foot massager is on the other side. So one person in bed gets a nice head massage while the other person gets a nice foot massage. Why can't they be in the middle? The other is with the USB ports. I have yet to use them. They are placed about 40% of the way from the head. This is right where you get in/out of bed. So your could hit the cables with your feet. It would be better if the ports were more like 10% from the head.

First, the packaging (or lack, thereof...) was horrible. Basically, 2 halves wrapped in cardboard and strapped together. No padding to protect the frame at all and it was just left outside with the mattress (at least the mattress was protected by a LOT of plastic wrap). With the frame, one corner had a big chunk broken (when put together, it ended up in the middle) and the control box (which was supposed to be mounted to the frame) was bouncing freely in the box. The screw that was supposed to hold the controller (screw, not screws....) was still in the frame, but when I went to re-attach the controller to the frame, the scre...

Fed Ex left it in my yard and I had an awful time getting it into the house. Finally had to hire someone. On the good side, it is very quiet when you adjust it.
