- 2 out of 5 stars review4/9/2021I have two legs that have broken. You cannot get phone support. I had to get under the bed to take pictures and pics of the leg for proof, but couldn’t get confirmation that I would get new legs. All they said was they put in a request to the manufacturer. I have not even been able to sleep in the bed yet.

I sleep comfortably in one position throughout the entire night. This by far has been the best decision I've made and one of the best investments in myself I could've ever done.

I have the adjustable frame which I like because of my back and the ability to sit up and watch the TV. The frame has features I didn't know when I bought it. The frame vibrates at the head and feet, the remote has modes for Zero G. And TV. Highly recommend.

I am a single mom of limited means and I cannot afford this I have the mattress but cannot use it without the frame. I hope your company will do something to compensate me for my stress over this.

This adjustable bed frame has been a life saver!!!! I absolutely love the massage options and the zero gravity position really helps take the pressure off my back. Plus it's the frame and base in one for one low price where many place sell the base and frame seperately so you pay double! You definitely can't find a better adjustable bed frame than this one!

It arrived in March 2020 right at the start of Covid (I paid for white glove service). When it first came, it was extremely noisy when I would adjust the lower part. So I had to do a lot of back and forth with customer service until we figured out the motor was broken. They sent a replacement part and I had to fix it myself. So I was already a little annoyed that I bothered paying for white glove service only to have to then fix it myself, but I realized this is something no one could foresee. It wasn't anyone's fault. Once we got it assembled and successfully paired the remote control, it worked fine. It's so handy to be able to raise and lower the head and feet, depending on whether I'm watching TV or sleeping.

Howver I boubht the sheets and pillow covers which are so sheer and lightweiht they slip off the matress or pillow with any movement. The sheets need stronger elastic and more material under the matress to actually hold them in place.
Frame is good. Sheet package-not so much.

I couldn’t get them on the phone, they delivered the bed on the lawn of my 70 YO parents house and ended up delivering 2 left sides so they don’t even have access to the usb plug in on one side. Couldn’t be more disappointed by them.

I sleep alone so I guess gravity just tends to pull the mattress over an inch or two. I do change positions frequently in the night due to orthopedic problems- also the reason I wanted an adjustable frame.

Having the usb on the side is a good option. It would be better if the USB was closer to the head of the frame and not in the middle and maybe on both sides. But is this a great frame and we are glad we purchased it.

The connection pieces for the top and bottom pieces didn't line up correctly...had to hammer in place...still unable to get the top to raise and lower, which was the whole reason for purchasing the base. I recently found out that I have a compressed disc in my cervical spine and the zero gravity setting works perfectly to help relieve some of my pain. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and the remote did stop working once. I had a hard time finding any troubleshooting information but once I reset the frame by unplugging it and then plugging it back in the remote starting working again.

The remote has a lot of buttons on it and it is hard to figure out which ones move just the head or foot sections in the dark. By the time you hit a button that you think is the right one, it is usually not and something else happens, like setting it to flat or raising it all up! The USB ports are in the middle of the side, so they will be easily hit as you get in and out of the bed... we decided to not take the chance, so we are not using them. Overall, the ability to raise the head and feet really does make sleeping easier and tends to help with snoring, so I think it was a good purchase.
