The middle of the bed is very uncomfortable and I notice that sleeping on one side makes the bed look uneven the mattress is not thick enough to keep you from feeling the metal rod in center of bed can you suggest a mattress cover I am a senior and this bed was part of bucket list and I really love it

THIS bed is not good quality. The bed on its highest legs are even worse and are not sturdy. So I lowered the legs and still not feeling safe. The bed itself is not great either I wake up and my back still hurts from work. These beds are supposed to make you feel great when you wake up! I’m his bed will not. The bed is overpriced for the lack of quality and lack of comfort. The bed frame is also very plastic and very overpriced for the lack of quality. I will not ever be recommending this bed or frame!!!

Love the adjustable frame and it has a message feature - just shaking. Only disappointed is that we got a split king, which is 2 Twin XLs. There's a USB port on each frame, except theres no adjustment for the split kings, so one side of the body's USB port is inaccessible. That said we have lived our whole life without USB ports in our bed and just plug our phones in the wall.

The base itself is fine and the use is very easy. However, the massage feature is a joke and the assembling is a pain! Right at the first step (connecting head and foot sides of the bed) was not really possible, because the sturdy metal parts wouldn't slight into each other. A friend came over and had to use force (hammer) to get them together. The manual contradicts the pictogram on the bed, where you connect the little wires for massage motor, LED, and adjuster (follow the pictogram on the bed). Because of that just 3 stars.

We do not like how when it is in a sitting position - you can see all of the mechanical parts in the back of the bed. It also makes a weird sound if I do not sit down very gently and I am not a heavier person. Massage has nothing to do with the head or feet - more for mid-body parts. It is comfortable. Enjoy the adjustable aspects. Overall it has been a positive experience.

The frame feels sturdy. I have major spinal deformities, and having an adjustable base really has made a huge difference. The zero-g is great for reducing pressure on joints of the body. Overall, the base I'd fantastic. I sleep better now than I have in years. I also paired with a Nectar mattress for full support and comfort. The "massage" feature, however, is more like a vibration of the bed. It is just controlled by two small motors, one at the head and foot of the bed. Doesn't really massage, but this wasn't a feature that I needed, just something extra about the bed.

The frame works fine, but on their website description it states a 3 zone massage (other brands have head, lumbar, and foot) this one only has head and foot. When I spoke to call rep, she told me that means the different settings within the massagers were 3 zone. Overpriced for not having lumbar. After waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, probably will just keep it.

Had shoulder surgery so invested in the split king motion bases and 2 twin XL mattresses. The bases are easy to set up. Message feature is fantastic, not what you would consider a message, but more like white noise for your body. It just lulls you to sleep. Only 2 complaints: if you have animals that sleep on the bed they will lay on the remote and unpair them. Pairing process requires crawling under the bed to unplug or press a well hidden button. Seems like having a large pair button on the remote should be rethought. We upgraded from queen sized bed so are now searching for a new king sized frame that works with the bases but still matches other bedroom furniture. Traditional frames require box spring to sit at the right height, platform beds sides and footboards don’t extend high enough over the platform to securely hold the motion frames, some traditional frames you can just remove the slats and set the nectar frame inside, but then it just floats inside the frame. The motion frame without a traditional frame looks like a hospital bed looks like it belongs in a dorm room. With all that said so far we are pleased with the motion bases and premium mattresses.

I’m so glad I made a decision to by Nectar Adjustable Frame. I should have done this years ago. What a difference! I have no more night time reflux or snoring and I am feeling so much more rested and refreshed due to sleeping with my head elevated. It great for reading, working on computer and read books. If you’re trying to decide whether to buy one, don’t wait any longer. You’ll be so glad you did.

Got the split king. Awesome mattress and adjustable frame with massage. However, the two mattress often slide off the frame on either side. There is a mattress retainer at the foot of the bed but none on the sides. This would be a useful improvement.
