- 5 out of 5 stars review5/31/2021We love our mattresses and adjustable bed frames. My husband and I have had back problems for the last year and these beds have helped immensely. We are finally sleeping again! And the price is so affordable. Every other mattress place we went to that had adjustable bed frames cost at least double what nectar charged and it is amazing quality!! Cant rave about them enough!

Cheap construction- thin steel putting it together we broke 2 legs just flipping them over. Nothing to hold the mattress in on the sides so it is constantly falling off.

Long story short: If there is an option for Nectar "White Glove Delivery and Set-Up" jump on it. Once the frame made it to the bedroom and got set up I must admit I really like it. I am a senior with arthritis and coupled with the Nectar bed, it seems to have really helped eliminate morning stiffness. Back to the frame, I selected the highest option for set up which was perfect for my Art Nouveau headboard and baseboard. Yep, looks good!

I love sitting in bed to read and sleeping is awesome. My only complaint is that I have the remotes paired so that the two sides work together and randomly they will become impaired and one side will stop working. It usually starts working again randomly or I’ll have to repair them, which isn’t a huge deal but a minor annoyance.
Really like it - but comes unpaired sometimes

The main issue is that the frame stops working intermittently. At first I thought it was the remote, but when I read the owners manual, there are instructions to unplug the frame and plug it in again when it stops working. I did that and the frame started working again. It stops working several times and then I have to go under my bed to unplug it and plug it im again. Instead of just shrugging it off and just telling customers to unplug/plug, they should come up with a way to resolve this so we don’t have to do it at all. This is an expensive frame, I would expect a quality product. Also, my frame did not come with USB ports. The massage is nothing sp...

It was straightforward to setup and works as expected, but is a little louder than I thought it would be. The remote is not intuitive and the M button seems not to be able to be set for a user’s “memory” settings, though the label and instructions would indicate otherwise. So, some technical issues but it goes up and down and my sweet husband’s dreams have come true.

I have no more night time reflux or snoring and I am feeling so much more rested and refreshed due to sleeping with my head elevated. It great for reading, working on computer and read books. If you’re trying to decide whether to buy one, don’t wait any longer. You’ll be so glad you did.

I am someone who lives with chronic pain and sleep issues and this bed has been a major change in my sleep! It is made with two layers. The top one is super soft and comfortable. I often find my limbs falling asleep if what I'm sitting or laying on is too firm. I don't have that problem with this mattress. The super squishy top layer lets the bed conform to my body in a way that feels like a soft hug. The second underlay is super supportive. The firmer under layer allows my back to have the structure it needs! I am able to fall asleep quickly, and stay asleep and wake with less pain. It shipped super quickly and arrived earlier than expected. I would definitely but this bed again!

It’s nice, it’s sturdy & loaded with some cool options such as massage & zero gravity mode. The reason I am giving it 3 stars as opposed to 5 is because our remote does not always work. It started to malfunction within the first month or 2. I am not sure what the exact issue is as we did not drop and/or spill water on it. It sort of just works whenever it wants to. I have to physically unplug the frame and plug it back in for it to start working again. Kind of a bummer considering how much we paid but it is what it is I guess…
Great frame but needs improvement.

They fussed around and finally assembled the motors and other stuff while I called nectar for advice. Was informed that nectar no longer sent people to assemble, I should look on YouTube or return the bases. We are in our late. 70’s so we were at the mercy of our movers. They were able to get things working , but i don’t know if everything is done properly. My bed has a green light shining underneath, my husbands doesn’t. I wanted to put the beds on slats. They used the center legs to attach the two pieces which doesn’t seem right if you can use it on a slates bed, so I had to get rid of my platform bed and no longer have a base. A ...

There are only two things that I would change about it, which is why it has four stars instead of five. One is that since there are no side rails to hold the mattress in place, getting in and out of bed shifts the mattress a bit so I have to readjust it every couple of days. The second is that the USB plugs on the frame are only on one side of the frame and, of course, not the side I sleep on! These are both minor inconveniences so if they won’t bother you, consider this a five star review!

The issue I have is that it stops working. I have to constantly unplug it to "restart" the frame in order for it to work as it should. The remote will light up but nothing happens with the frame. After unplugging and plugging it back, it works again. It doesn't matter the position in which the frame is in, it will stay stuck until I unplug it and plug it back in. It gets annoying.

Some people say they fall into their mattress and I had that problem before with other mattresses too, im pretty sure its because theres no support from the previous foundations ive had. The nectar base paired with the mattress is heaven and I dont sink in.

It’s only been a few weeks, and overall I would say we are very pleased. Also has the head & foot massage which is nice. Impressed how easy it went together. We had watched videos where they had to attach the motors etc. This came with all that done! Very impressed. We topped of our frame with a Nectar Copper top mattress. Sleeping pretty good. Only thing I would say is the Affirm financing is high. We choose not to use it.

One of my adjustable bed frames came damaged, usp's fault (I have video from my ring doorbell), and nectar took care of it. The only down side is the noise from the message motor but it vibration is great, so the trade off is acceptable. Keep up the good work.

It has nice clean lines and goes well with everything in the bedroom. I bought it in grey. It's a darker grey and lovely. It was reasonably easy to assemble and is extremely well made. I was concerned about reading in bed because the headboard isn't as tall as my previous one. But it worked great. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
