I purchased the adjustable bed frame in December of 2020. Arrived quickly, setup was easy, and it worked out great. That is, until the remote stopped working in less than a year. In September of 2021, I reached out to the customer service team to get a replacement remote. They sent me instructions to download the app, which only works occasionally (I have had the bed stuck in zero-G for a day because the app just stopped working). They also requested that I send photos of the tags on the bottom of the frame. I sent in the photos. I then received instructions to call and provide the same information that was in the photos that I sent. I called and provided the information. I have now in January 2022 received another email to ask what was wrong with the remote. There are ever increasing hoops to jump through, and I'm still just left with a basic bed frame.

We owned the adjustable beds only 7 months and we have already had issues. One required a replacement component. The warranty department was not easy to deal with! We are elderly and husband is partially disabled as we explained to customer service. They expected us to actually install the part . After getting angry, they sent someone to fix it. That was one bed. The other bed is having issues as well. The vibration quits working periodically but so far by turning the power to bed on and off it starts up. We paid a lot of money for these beds and not satisfied with the quality! The mattresses are great but I do regret the Resident frames. We should have paid more and gone with Tempur Pedic.

We love the vibrating feature for putting us to sleep. It de-stresses our muscles. I live the zero gravity mode for reading. The anti snore mode is great for two reasons…to help with my spouses snoring and for acid reflux issues. The TV mode puts you up nice and straight but we don’t do tv in our bedroom.

I bought the nectar mattress a while back, then decided I also needed the adjustable bed frame recently, so I now have the complete combo. They both arrived in a timely manner and were so easy to unpackage / assemble. Literal game changer for my sleep! I have some neurological issues that cause many position while sleeping to be painful, resulting in extremely restless nights. Being able to adjust my head and feet before sleep, during the night if I wake (which happens considerably less now) and upon waking has changed my life!! I am getting a quality of sleep that I honestly didn't think was possible. The level of comfort these products provide is amazing! My attitude is better, my productivity is better, I'm so happy to have found these! They are also extremely affordable.

I've watched advertising about the adjustable frames for a few years but didn't see a deal to justify the expense. Final the adjustable frame with coupon plus mattress with extras...I looked a little deeper. The adjustable frame goes flat or zero gravity which is great for sore legs at the end of the day. Then tv for viewing or reading in my case. Plus more options.. Its has head and feet message with timers and remote control. I really like usb ports on side if bed for cell phone and iPad reader. It was very heavy to get into house but as recommended by others, we took it from box in 2 parts easily with myself and grandson. Easy to put together and set up. Up and running in less than 15 minutes. Took picture of warrantees and receipts and sent to cloud for safe keeping. Great investment and worth every penny.

Absolutely love the fact that it has 3 different leg settings! The zero gravity and different massage settings have come to be super helpful with getting a great nite sleep. Assembly was pretty simple and straightforward. Thanks again Nectar for being one of the best decisions ive made this year!!

I bought this adjustable frame because it would fit up the stairs of my old house. I recently moved into an old house and to my utter disappointment, my queen i-serta motion bed frame would not fit up the stairs (tight turning radius). The Serta was a very expensive bed (twice the price of nectar). But I needed an adjustable bed frame for health reasons. The folks at nectar assured me the frame would fit because it is “folded” when delivered. But that thing is heavy (141 lbs!) As an older woman living alone, in a new City where I know no one, I needed white glove service. Sadly, this service is no longer available. I had to find a handyman to do the job. I was expecting the bed on October 7 per the status. Of course, it came earlier! It was dumped on my front steps. And the forecast called for rain. What a scramble to get it into the house. The cardboard box was flimsy. It was a relatively easy set-up. The remote works as expected. I was excited for 2 minutes when I thought I could pair the remote to my device and have “siri” tell the bed what to do. Alas, the “resident app” is merely a clone of the remote. Helpful, I suppose if your battery dies and you are stuck in some position or you lose the remote, but not necessary. (The instructions point you to the resident shopping app, not the remote control app so avoid the frustration and just keep an extra set of batteries handy!) overall, this is a decent frame that can compete with the big names at a much better price. Just wish the delivery experience had been better.

I was hesitant to order a mattress and frame on-line, but the competition’s adjustable beds were so expensive, that I decided to try it. I looked online for top rated adjustable beds and decided on Nectar. I got the adjustable Queen. You can raise the head and foot individually or together. It is perfect for watching tv in bed. It has USB ports right in the frame for your phone or devices. I use these features every night. I haven’t tried the massage features, but do like the under bed light and that the remote has a flashlight feature. If you download the app, you can control the bed with your smartphone! I sleep on my side, but the mattress is so soft and comfortable that I can also sleep comfortably on my back, if I elevate the head a little. It has a very sturdy frame. I was surprised how heavy the frame and motors are. Luckily, the motors are in a separate box, so you can move them easier. You need 2 people to get the frame in the house, because it weighs so much. The frame comes in 2 pieces (the top and bottom), so you can open the box and bring in each piece separately, because they are also very heavy snd sturdy. The installation had a lot of steps, because the bed had a lot of features, but you can view the video, if you need help. I have shown the bed to some of my friends and family, who have tried it and agree it is comfortable and has cool features. They want one! I am very happy I chose Nectar. This bed is my peaceful haven after a long day!

I bought my bed just a few weeks ago and I like it more than any other bed I have had. I like being able to sit up without a ton of pillows and read a couple of chapters of my book. The massage is great too, I run it for about 20 minutes and when if stop, I drift off to sleep with no help.

It’s a great mattress! My wife and I both sleep much better. Only issue is the letters seal to slip off the top of the adjustable beds to the side a little. We are going to have to buy a frame that goes in the outside of the adjustable bed but not happy I have to spend money. Overall it’s a great bed and mattress though. Inexpensive compared to same thing in other brands and comparable value.
