The frame is very stable, quiet and sturdy. Be prepared for the weight of the item. The foot motor quit working and they overnighted a new one. Went to replace it and found out it was an issue with the frame that caused it to break. I am currently in the process with Nectar of getting the frame fixed or replaced. I had to submit photos and am waiting on an answer. Customer service has been really nice and easy to work with. The issue has not given me a negative impression of the company at all. Sometimes products are defective and it is how the issue is resolved that matters. So far, they have been wonderful with helping to fix it! I would definitely recommend their beds. We spent months looking into adjustable frames, and I am happy I chose Nectar.

A few years ago I bought a full size Nectar bed. What a great investment! That bed helped me so much during flare ups I have with Fibromyalgia. At the time I bought the bed I couldn't afford to buy the adjustable bed frame. Fast forward a few years later I bought the adjustable bed frame. Another game changer! I can adjust the frame with the remote to cradle my body in a position that relieves the pain in my pressure points. This is a big deal for me. At 68 years old it has definitely improved my quality of life. Thank you Nectar!

Leg supports are made of plastic should be metal, and motor makes alot of noise when used. USB ports are hard to get to when in bed. The mattress tends to move out of place on the frame, but I’m not sure that all beds of this type don’t do the same? If you compare prices of other adjustable frames,it’s about the same.

The frame is very sturdy and was easy to put together. While it can be put together by a single person, two people definately make the process much easier. Now for the shortcomings. The retention bar at the foot of the bed is too short. This causes the mattress to slide off the foot of the bed when raising the head. The mattress also has a tendency to slide to one side or the other. The can be fixed by making a taller retention bar, which would keep the mattress from canting and sliding. It's annoying to the point that I'm having a bar made.

Our 1st adjustable frame. We are getting older, & went for this frame to improve our sleep. It’s only been a few weeks, and overall I would say we are very pleased. Also has the head & foot massage which is nice. Impressed how easy it went together. We had watched videos where they had to attach the motors etc. This came with all that done! Very impressed. We topped of our frame with a Nectar Copper top mattress. Sleeping pretty good. Only thing I would say is the Affirm financing is high. We choose not to use it.

The functionality of the frame is fine. It's functional - it works fine. It was easy to put together, and packaged well. But I have issues with 3 things. 1) The remote - it's pitch dark in my room, I can't see the buttons and am terrified I'll hit the vibrate button (WHO NEEDS THAT?!?) and the remote doesn't light up unless you hit a mystery button - a button that make wake up my partner. I wish there was a safe button to push that would make the remote illuminate so I could see what I'm pushing. 2) The split King is 2 XL twin bed frames. I understand that. But when 2 frames are purchased as a split king (an option on your website), there is no way to actually hook them together. It feels very easy to push them apart and it feel like you're not even sleeping in the same bed as your partner - they're just 2 separate beds. And maybe some people like that but it's kinda a bummer for us. Just knowing there's a connection somewhere would i feel might help. 3) YOU PUT THE USB CHARGER ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE FRAME FOR BOTH BEDS. THERE'S A USB CHARGER LITERALLY in the middle of the bed. WHY. It is supposed to be one bed, generally for 2 people. Why on earth wouldn't there be a USB on one side of one frame, and the other side on the other frame, so when they are pushed together both ports are accessible. It's lazy. If you're going to advertise a split king, actually make one.

Decent entry level adjustable frame. Assembly wasn't too bad until I ran into a stray welding bead that wouldn't let me insert one of the leg support pieces. Considered returning it right away but in the end just took a extra 30 minutes to file it away and then it worked fine. Definitely annoyed by that but in the end it was fine.

I bought a nectar full size mattress and the adjustable base. I loved it far better than the queen adjustable base in the other room so I bought a queen adjustable base. I love that I can make it as high or low as I want with the leg segments and the massage is far better than the other brand adjustable base that I had. I am very satisfied with the 2 Nectar adjustable bed frames and my Nectar mattress. I bought a nectar premiere twin mattress for my son also. I will highly recommend the Nectar brand to anyone I hear of needing a mattress or just a new adjustable platform and you can’t beat the Nectar guarantee.

We got two twin xl adjustable beds and we love them! We did have a little trouble putting the first one together because the instructions weren’t entirely clear. That’s would be my only complaint. After we figured out the first one, the second was a piece of cake! Love the under bed lighting and the flashlight on the remote. Sometimes it’s the little things. It’s not too loud that it bothers my dog during the night so that’s a win! Glad we got them.

The frame in the box is extremely heavy...153 pounds if I recall and FedEx left the giant box at the bottom of a flight of stairs leading to my front door. Long story short: If there is an option for Nectar "White Glove Delivery and Set-Up" jump on it. Once the frame made it to the bedroom and got set up I must admit I really like it. I am a senior with arthritis and coupled with the Nectar bed, it seems to have really helped eliminate morning stiffness. Back to the frame, I selected the highest option for set up which was perfect for my Art Nouveau headboard and baseboard. Yep, looks good!
