- 1 out of 5 stars review4/25/2021The mattress slides from side to side way to easy, we have to keep sliding it back to center (needs some stoppers like the foot has, or at least a raised edge). The small middle piece of wood has no support near the edge so it broke within the 1st few weeks, the frame really should go to the edge of the wood (it looks like a twin frame with queen sized wood on it). The massage motors are pretty much a joke. The material already has worn through on the head piece corners and we barely move the head up or down to cause any wear.
Junk, either get a different brand maybe or skip this for a platform frame.

The TV setting is perfect for drinking coffee in bed. We're still trying to decide if we want a headboard. The only thing I wish it had was a way to control the bed without the remote. Maybe buttons next to the USB ports?

However mattress does not stay centred on the frame, and the vibrate function isn’t the most enjoyable experience. Favourite thing would be the memory button on the remote. Also very heavy and need multiple people to set up.

I already had the nectar mattress (also amazing) so I had been saving up for this frame and she surprised me with it. Set up was so simple (the instructions make it seem more complicated than it is) and I just love it. The cats are still getting used to it but I’m already obsessed lol If you’re still questioning on getting it, stop and just get it!!!!!

To my surprise many changes have been made, but not on nectar website! Soooo easy, I (72 yr old grandma) could do on my own, only needed help turning frame upright! Great right out of box action Love it! Would not recommend warranty, company does not appear to know what they are doing, and that’s just trying to get warranty documentation!!

I did a free trial with several other brands and this bed caused the best sleep of all of them (as demonstrated from my Apple watch data for least number of times waking during the night). So happy to have found this bed. Let me tell you NOT all memory foam mattresses are similar. They vary wildly!

It was straightforward to setup and works as expected, but is a little louder than I thought it would be. The remote is not intuitive and the M button seems not to be able to be set for a user’s “memory” settings, though the label and instructions would indicate otherwise. So, some technical issues but it goes up and down and my sweet husband’s dreams have come true.

Since I purchased the combination I have ended up on the floor during the night 3 times. I don't understand why. I also raises the mattress higher than a normal person can climb in the bed.

It has nice clean lines and goes well with everything in the bedroom. I bought it in grey. It's a darker grey and lovely. It was reasonably easy to assemble and is extremely well made. I was concerned about reading in bed because the headboard isn't as tall as my previous one. But it worked great. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

One thing with the design though..the split king has the USB port on the same side of the frame so there’s no his/hers sides access. One is completely useless being that it’s in the middle of the bed. Other than that it works well!!

The issue I have is that it stops working. I have to constantly unplug it to "restart" the frame in order for it to work as it should. The remote will light up but nothing happens with the frame. After unplugging and plugging it back, it works again. It doesn't matter the position in which the frame is in, it will stay stuck until I unplug it and plug it back in. It gets annoying.

I like it when it works, but there are occasions where the remote just won’t transmit to the bed for a couple of days. A couple of days later it will start working again, then a couple of days after that it will stop. Overall, I really like it when it works, but just the times it doesn’t, it’s a little frustrating for the price.

My bed is awesome, Twin XL adjustable bed and Nectar mattress. It's not too hard and not too soft. I have had my bed about a month now. I use the massage feature every night, although it's really like a vibration it still helps me relax. I noticed on one review it was stated that there was only one USB port on one side of the Twin XL, but both Twin XLs that I have, have two USB ports on both sides of the bed.

It’s nice, it’s sturdy & loaded with some cool options such as massage & zero gravity mode. The reason I am giving it 3 stars as opposed to 5 is because our remote does not always work. It started to malfunction within the first month or 2. I am not sure what the exact issue is as we did not drop and/or spill water on it. It sort of just works whenever it wants to. I have to physically unplug the frame and plug it back in for it to start working again. Kind of a bummer considering how much we paid but it is what it is I guess…

The massage mechanism doesn't do anything but make me feel like I was going over some bumps in the road. Never use it. No returns is just wrong.

My husband put it together with very little assistance. The bed has USB outlets which is pretty handy. There is a blue light that comes from under it, but you won’t see it unless you are out of bed. There is a massage feature as well which we don’t really care much for because it is loud and mainly makes the bed vibrate, it’s kind of weird. I wondered if we would ever disagree about how high or low the bed was adjusted, since it is a queen and not a split king, but it has not been an issue.

Buttons only work upon release and then only in 1/8th incremental movements. Help! Now the Zero Gravity button stopped working. Have tried to re-program with help from the number on the "Resident" remote but still not operating at 100%. Again, love the quality! (Unit came with Resident remote and Okin control box).

One gripe I have is with the massage function. When looking down at the bed, the head motor/vibrator is placed on the right side and the foot motor/vibrator is on the left so you only one side can really feel either one and never both at the same time. But...price isn't bad so I'm still happy.
