- 3 out of 5 stars review12/27/2021It’s the first adjustable frame we’ve purchased. The mattress slides and has to be readjusted often. The foot of the bed has a small bar that keeps the mattress from sliding down but there should be something on the side to do the same thing. The bed also makes a click when head is being lifted. The mattress is good but very soft. You sink into. Not sure I would have gone with such a soft mattress. Hard to buy something without testing it out first. Was bought in line based on reviews and sales associates I spoke to via phone. Who was extremely polite and helpful.

The batteries are not strong enough to handle moving the frame very far. Support was notified and after repeated contact, there still has been no resolution.

The Adjustable frame vibrates at different settings, it also has a timer for 10-30 mins that automatically shuts off! I fall asleep before it's shuts off! I sleep hard and wake up refreshed! Best purchase ever!

I needed to sleep on my side for the reflux, but it would hurt my shoulders. Sleeping on my back would have helped my shoulders, but I couldn't because of the reflux. I used to wake up every two hours in pain. I have been sleeping comfortably through the night for the first time in years.

It's not the end of the world or anything, but it does bug me that the two mattresses are different heights now because of the bed frame issue. For what we paid, I expected it to perform well for many years.

Often this means laying in uncomfortable positions propped up on pillows, but getting this adjustable frame has allowed me to spend more time sitting up and putting less pressure on my back and neck. It's easy to use. I enjoy the massage feature. It also makes it so much easier to get out of bed. I feel that this has been a great quality of life purchase for myself.

It arrived in March 2020 right at the start of Covid (I paid for white glove service). When it first came, it was extremely noisy when I would adjust the lower part. So I had to do a lot of back and forth with customer service until we figured out the motor was broken. They sent a replacement part and I had to fix it myself. So I was already a little annoyed that I bothered paying for white glove service only to have to then fix it myself, but I realized this is something no one could foresee. It wasn't anyone's fault. Went up in half an hour with the help of someone else. Pairing the remote took a couple of tries, but has worked flawlessly. Delivery was a pain ... It's really at the very limit of what anyone can handle, and if you are not in the first floor, it wold be bad to assume a person could deliver it alone. Has worked great, quiet, and able to support a heavy load. Would be great to have adjustable legs to be able to use a thicker or thinner mattress or handle different body sizes. An absolutely great buy for the price!!

Although the velcro strap seems tight, the beds still move apart. Still trying to get used to that. Good news is that the features are working well. Very happy, so far!

Contacting them and were able to send us another. Problem with that was the second bed frame we received was in worse shape then the first and was missing even more pieces. I already had the nectar mattress (also amazing) so I had been saving up for this frame and she surprised me with it. Set up was so simple (the instructions make it seem more complicated than it is) and I just love it. The cats are still getting used to it but I’m already obsessed lol If you’re still questioning on getting it, stop and just get it!!!!!

The Bedframe was very easy to put together and set up the mattress right right in the place once the mattress inflated it was ready to go. We have had the bed for about for weeks now and our sleep has been greatly improved the bed is very comfortable and well worth the money.

The frame had half of the zip ties cut and loose parts in box. The frame doesn’t even fit together properly. All this and it took them over 2 months to send it to me... and they sent the engine to it a week later than the frame. Honestly this company is a joke and I swear these reviews and awards have to be fake. Nothing but trouble and a terrible experience.
