- 5 out of 5 stars review11/1/2023I was so skeptical of this bed in the beginning. It wasn’t comfortable. I hated it. I have it the 30 days and almost sent it back but thought I’d give it a bit longer. About the 60 day mark, I discovered I loved this bed. We got the adjustable bases and it is well worth it. I’m glad I stuck it out with this one.

I purchased this for a guestroom, so I haven't slept on it myself, but the bed functions nicely and smoothly. I test it out once in a while, and twice the remote has quit responding, but unplugging and replugging the unit seems to resolve it.

I replaced my King Sleep Number bed with a Queen Nectar Premium mattress with an adjustable frame. I set the bed at a slight incline and problem solved. The only issue I've had is that the foot massager has started making a terrible grinding noise ~ not at all relaxing. I contacted Nectar ~ and so long I send a video confirming the noise, they assure me the issue will be resolved. If this is the case, Nectar will have earned a 6-star rating!

To my surprise many changes have been made, but not on nectar website! Soooo easy, I (72 yr old grandma) could do on my own, only needed help turning frame upright! Great right out of box action Love it! Would not recommend warranty, company does not appear to know what they are doing, and that’s just trying to get warranty documentation!!

There are only two things that I would change about it, which is why it has four stars instead of five. One is that since there are no side rails to hold the mattress in place, getting in and out of bed shifts the mattress a bit so I have to readjust it every couple of days. The second is that the USB plugs on the frame are only on one side of the frame and, of course, not the side I sleep on! These are both minor inconveniences so if they won’t bother you, consider this a five star review!

Now I can easily adjust it to help with asthma and acid reflux. The massage feature is amazing! The instructions could have been just a little more clear. However, putting it together was pretty easy. I love the addrd feature of 2 phone charging ports on both sides also.

I can read in bed much more comfortably. I highly suggest when the frame arrives, take it out of the box and take in the house piece by piece. You will need another person to help. The frame is very easy to assemble.

One of the frame came damaged, three weeks later, filed for warranty claim, waiting for the replacement frame they said they were sending. The other frame’s head motor stopped working after three weeks, started a claim on line, waiting for someone to get back to me.

The mattress gives good support while still feeling soft on top. I didn’t really like the “cooling” part so I added an extra mattress pad. I will probably take it off for the summer.

Sometimes we need a litte more comfort in the legs and sometimes we need to sit up a little more. The best part is when my husband snores I can adjust him upright instead of slapping him like I was before. I feel this was a very smart addition to our mattress. Also ..... its very helpful for other things if you know what i mean!! ;)

And we're just as happy with the adjustable bed frame. My only complaint is that I put my legs and head up every night and before I fall asleep, the legs are flat again and I've not touched anything. And, by morning, my head is noticeable lower than it was before I went to sleep. But I can live with that in trade for the comfort of the combo bed frame and mattresses. Thank you for wonderful products.

However, the remote keeps losing connection and I have to crawl under the bed to unplug and wait for battery back up to stop before I can reset it. I don’t use the vibration creature very much but do enjoy adjusting my head and feet almost daily. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

It’s nice, it’s sturdy & loaded with some cool options such as massage & zero gravity mode. The reason I am giving it 3 stars as opposed to 5 is because our remote does not always work. It started to malfunction within the first month or 2. I am not sure what the exact issue is as we did not drop and/or spill water on it. It sort of just works whenever it wants to. I have to physically unplug the frame and plug it back in for it to start working again. Kind of a bummer considering how much we paid but it is what it is I guess…

The.legs.are.far.enough back so that I don't stub my toes. Love that. It is so nice to climb into bed and raise the head so I can read. It helps me breath easier instead.if being.flat on my back. I have.leg.problems. Being able to raise the door of the bed.is so comforting. Love the vibrating feature. So relaxing. Helps my hip and back pain for a better nights sleep. I have never slept better. Great value for a great product.

The TV setting is perfect for drinking coffee in bed. We're still trying to decide if we want a headboard. The only thing I wish it had was a way to control the bed without the remote. Maybe buttons next to the USB ports?

However mattress does not stay centred on the frame, and the vibrate function isn’t the most enjoyable experience. Favourite thing would be the memory button on the remote.
