In one sense I'm glad I waited until I found Nectar. They have excelled on all points. A reasonable price, zero issues, and I set it up by myself in less than a half hour. I purchased this for a guestroom, so I haven't slept on it myself, but the bed functions nicely and smoothly. I test it out once in a while, and twice the remote has quit responding, but unplugging and replugging the unit seems to resolve it.

It's interesting...I'm not a fan of feeling. 2) In reading function, the bed frame in the back goes straight up so now I'm too far from the lamp. It would be nice if the foot of the base moved towards the front so you're still in line with the nightstand.

When I decided to get a bed online I had to go with a company that had a split twin adjustable base. I needed a hybrid bed, and the price for the bundle was just too good to pass up! We love our adjustable bed frame!!

My husband had neck surgery and could not sleep in our bed, he slept in a zero gravity recliner, so having the adjustable bed made sleeping so much easier for him the get the rest he needed to heal and work on recovery. Easy set up! I have lower back, and hips issues while sleeping, not anymore!

When I spoke to call rep, she told me that means the different settings within the massagers were 3 zone. Overpriced for not having lumbar. After waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, probably will just keep it.

You will need help setting it up. I live in an apartment and it was incredibly difficult to move the awkward shaped box across the street and into my unit. Once assembled, I love it.

So it slides all the time. It is a comfortable bed. However, I downgraded from a King to a Queen but I'm not too happy with the queen. My partner and I sleep in different positions. So a King may be better. But I've already paid for the queen bed. How can I upgrade without paying out too much money?

But you will have to dispose of the damaged unusable item. .. good luck with them paying for the disposable costs. Guessing that it is less expensive sending it to you to reject than fir them to remove from stick and dispose of. How could a honorable company sell damaged items,??!!!!

The foot motor quit working and they overnighted a new one. Went to replace it and found out it was an issue with the frame that caused it to break. I am currently in the process with Nectar of getting the frame fixed or replaced. I had to submit photos and am waiting on an answer. Customer service has been really nice and easy to work with. The issue has not given me a negative impression of the company at all. Sometimes products are defective and it is how the issue is resolved that matters. So far, they have been wonderful with helping to fix it! I would definitely recommend their beds. We spent months looking into adjustable frames, and I am happy I chos...

Still amazed at the difference. Able to lift legs (no more body pillows needed) and raise head and shoulders for comfort or TV viewing. A lot quieter than we thought and we love that we set the angles...or not. Fairly easy to install, set up and program (bit heavy, but solidly made). Absolutely love settings available and ease of remote pairing and setting. The massage is amazing, thought this would not be our favorite but dare anyone to turn on the legs and not fall asleep before the timer runs out. Zero Gravity is a good place to start then fine tune for your own memory setting. And then the USB ports for charging y...
SO HAPPY!! Worth every penny.
