It appears to just moisten the dirt on the floor and swirl it around, leaving a dull matt of dirt. I am getting an actual mopping tool that dispenses and then rinses off a cleaning solution.

I love it ! Does great job and used on Italian Marble tile and laminate wood flooring as well ! So happy I bought this , especially since the price has almost doubled !

I was skeptical at first after watching videos of it, but holy cow! Iy deep cleans! It got out stains deep in the grooves! It doesnt get corners because of the round pads, buy it gets close. The water tank needs to be bigger. My back is so thankful to not have to scrub now!

This mop is Amazing. The previous shark I had quit working. I have all tile floors in my home. I used this mop for the 1st time yesterday and fell in love. It gets so close to your walls/ baseboards. So easily controlled. Such a great job.
