The appliance is beautiful and so far so good although we have not used all the options except for the pop out vent has paint wearing off on the edge already which needs to be repaired/replaced. I'm being patient.

The old microwave that was only 8 years old just got weaker, weaker, and then quit totally. So far, really like features of newer model and hope it last longer than 8 years.

I bought this in June and it works quite well. Way too many buttons and choices but I love the Extend-A-Vent. It really clears out the cooking smells and the fan comes out automatically when you turn on a burner.
