Inspect the extended vent slides out smoothly and full extends when activated. Examine the vent duct is clear and properly connected to the outside vent. Test the blower motor if it is working, if you don't hear anything, it may need to be replaced. if the issue persist, it may need a technician to diagnose the unit further.
