First experience with the Ninja Creami line and I'm tremendously impressed by the quality of the ice cream produced. Have experimented with high protein/low sugar milk, oat milk, heavy cream, half and half as well as Greek yogurt and have had an excellent result with every combination. Love the swirl texture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received and opened immediately. Love the easy to follow instruction. So far I have tried traditional soft serve recipe and milkshakes. The machine is easy to use, due to the individual function buttons. All parts are easy to remove and clean. I like that there are arrows and lock/unlock buttons to ensure a secure fit. The recipe book is helpful and provides many different ideas for flavors and healthy options. Some of the cons would be that all ingredients have to be blended and frozen for at least a day prior to use, which means planning ahead. I have never owned an ice cream maker, so that may be standard wait time. It is important to note this is not a blender, so no ice or large ingredients. I did check the previous model and noticed the soft serve function is new, so this alone may not be enough for someone to upgrade. For me this machine is perfect, the size is not too large for storage and clean up is quick.

( you do have to wait 24hours to freeze mixture) this creami makes soft serve ice cream like the new England areas! I haven't had ice cream like this since I was a kid. The noise isn't bad for an ice cream maker since there isn't ice turning and banging. I'm highly impressed with the ninja cremai and am a hug3 ninja kitchen products fan. Ninja is well worth the money and highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Creami Swirl helped us make absolutely delicious ice cream. We made chocolate soft serve and a vanilla scoop with cookie dough mix-ins. We even tweaked the recipe and used skim milk instead of whole milk and it still turned out delicious. The only things that keep it from getting 5 stars was that it didn’t completely make the ice cream, only mixed it to make it the right consistency. We had to prep and freeze pints for 24 hours beforehand, so that part was a bit of a bummer. Also, it was way louder than we expected. We had just put our newborn down so if we had known that we would have planned accordingly. The pints are dishwasher safe which is great. Overall, we’d recommend this because it made such delicious ice cream that even with the 24 hour prep, it was worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Used it to make a protein style one with a protein shake. Spun up great. The soft serve function is fun. I was a tad messy but I think that is user error and hopefully be cleaner. Only real negative is you should eat it fresh but then the ice cream in the machine is melting. Or risk the clean up and not having the perfect cone. One jar makes 4 cones. Kids loved being able to serve themselves. That machine is a bit large and loud but can’t wait to try more flavors.

I have mixed feelings about this new machine. I love that it comes with two canisters but each canister only makes 5-6 cones. I had to order 2 more in order to make different flavors last longer. My kids absolutely love it but I haven’t found the recipe I like yet. It’s easy to use once you’ve gone through the process once or twice. It’s very easy to clean and that’s super important. It’s ridiculously loud when using the cream feature to make the soft serve. Is it an appliance I could live without? Absolutely, but the kids think it’s fun and there’s not really anything that compares on the market. As an adult, I think it would just be better going to your local place to grab soft serve because I have tried 3 different recipes included in the book and haven’t loved one yet. For those reasons and the noise issue, it’s between 3-4 stars.

I recently bought this and I absolutely love it! I would rate 4.5 if it'd let me. It comes with a lot of recipes for lots of different types of ice cream, frozen yogurt, fruit whip, etc. If you're not up to the task of making up your own ice cream, it can also turn any tub ice cream into soft serve if that's what you're going for. The only thing I think that would make it better was if you could freeze the soft serve on the machine as well. It's super easy to use and easy to clean. Very safe to use as well. With young kids though, best if a parent helps with the areas that use the blade.
