BOUGHT THIS ON DAY OF RELEASE REPLACED THE CREAMI XL THIS DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES FINALLY ABLE TO MAKE ICE CREAM CONES WITH OUT THE USE OF A SCOOPER AND WELL AS SUNDAES ITS AMAZING THANKS NINJA ON ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT FOR HOME USE P.S I HAVE THE SLUSHI TOO NOW IM COMPLETE

I have mixed feelings about this new machine. I love that it comes with two canisters but each canister only makes 5-6 cones. I had to order 2 more in order to make different flavors last longer. My kids absolutely love it but I haven’t found the recipe I like yet. It’s easy to use once you’ve gone through the process once or twice. It’s very easy to clean and that’s super important. It’s ridiculously loud when using the cream feature to make the soft serve. Is it an appliance I could live without? Absolutely, but the kids think it’s fun and there’s not really anything that compares on the market. As an adult, I think it would just be better going to your local place to grab soft serve because I have tried 3 different recipes included in the book and haven’t loved one yet. For those reasons and the noise issue, it’s between 3-4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Used it to make a protein style one with a protein shake. Spun up great. The soft serve function is fun. I was a tad messy but I think that is user error and hopefully be cleaner. Only real negative is you should eat it fresh but then the ice cream in the machine is melting. Or risk the clean up and not having the perfect cone. One jar makes 4 cones. Kids loved being able to serve themselves. That machine is a bit large and loud but can’t wait to try more flavors.

She is an icecream maker and you can do soooo many things with it! She makes the best icecream you can imagine ! Verybeasy to use and it’s a 13 in one! Easy to clean, comes with so many attachments and she is quiet as a mouse! I would suggest this to anyone b not noisey!

If I ever want ice cream or sorbet I can just make it, of course I need to wait 24hrs for the ingredients to freeze, but I love the control that I have over the ingredients that goes into my ice cream now. Plus sometimes I just want a little bit and this makes about a pint worth. Perfect. I did use almond milk for the Oreo ice cream recipe that I tried and it was a bit icy because of the water content but that was user error. I'll probably do half almond half milk next time to see if it helps. Over all a great machine. The soft-serve aspect of it is a little silly and I can't see how often I'll utilize it, but I think it would be fun for an ice cream party or something.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing! It’s pretty easy to use, just look over the directions and you should be good. It makes so many different things- soft serve, gelato, ice cream, sorbet, etc. You can make your own flavors by adding mix ins! My daughter was so excited to use this! The only things to mention is it is loud and you have to make the mixtures the day before because it has to freeze for 24 hrs before you can process it. Once everything is frozen you’re good to go and it’s ready in like 5 minutes.

i bought this a month ago and after watching someone else use this I sent it back. if I have to do all the work and freeze it the night before just to add it to the machine and it makes it softer than it's worth the time. I want a machine that you add liquid then the device will freeze and dispense all at the same time. Not worth it.

Very large machine that takes much planning to make icecream. I want to return it. Also I ordered one but they charged and shipped two so I had to go through sending it back. It’s basically preparing the icecream the day before then running it through the machine to mix and soften it. It would be great if the machine could make the icecream and pump it out

Bought this on release after seeing my buddy use his. This thing is pretty great. Turns everything I want into ice cream and comes out delicious (most of the time). Cleaning is super easy, assembly is straightforward, and the machine does everything I excepted. Machine is a lot bigger than expected so carefully measure out the space you want to place it in prior to purchase. Additionally, this machine is loud when using the blending. Overall I’m happy with this purchase

It took me a minute to realize tat you have to turn the bottom of the container to OPEN to get your ice cream out but once I did... IT was HEAVEN! I use the booklet or recipes as a guidance but alter the pudding mix and flavors to my own liken. There's a new Milky way pudding flavor out that is to die for. Mix that with all the chocolate swirl recipe and you couldn't ask for a better flavor. Easy peazy! Baskin Robbins don't have anything on this machine or flavors. I do recommend buying extra containers. Two isn't enough! Better to have extra's in the freezer then not enough. Buy this because when its a 100 degrees out this summer you'll be enjoying your machine and your body will thank you with that home made ice cream cooling you off!
