Love this product. The Lemon Lime is perfect for me, i don't like flavors that are too sweet. If you like a low sweet lemonade you love it. I have taken other hydrade products but this one you actually feel the affect!

I was advised to use hydrating fluids, like gatorade or something. Liquid IV fills the bill and is less expensive. It tastes really good and keeps me watery.

I mix a liter of water with 2 packets and carry it in my cooler at work. Easy to mix, I just shake the bottle before I take a drink during my shift. Lemon lime is my consistent favorite.

The flavor is awesome. I'm not concerned about the added sugar as it doesn't appear to be excessive. Seems to hydrate better than water alone. The added electrolytes help with recovery.

Our family loves the Lemon Lime Liquid IV. On a really hot day, after a tough workout, or after a fun night out, liquid iv always helps to hydrate us well.

This is by far the best product. The flavor is perfect and like that I can make it as strong as I like. I keep some at my desk at work and are perfect for traveling.

This is the best flavor of all the line up. Sometimes I add my fiber supplement to it and sometimes I have it by itself after a workout when I feel like I need a hydration boost. Subscribe and save seems to work well. Some retailers can’t get the timing right but liquid IV does a good job with reminders and flexibility to set the right schedule for me.

this product is easy to use. I did find both the sugar-free and the regular to be too sweet so I'm using 32 ounces of water for each stick and that's much more palatable. It's too soon for me to tell whether it's helping me remain fully hydrated. I'm just starting to create a daily regimen… It's awfully difficult to drink as much water as we are supposed to each day; so far, using this product makes me more mindful of the volume of water I'm taking in. And I'm hoping that my body will be able to retain hydration because of the electrolytes I'm getting with this product. it's a work in progress.
