The flavor is awesome. I'm not concerned about the added sugar as it doesn't appear to be excessive. Seems to hydrate better than water alone. The added electrolytes help with recovery.

My daughter was having difficulty getting through her three hour cheer practices. She drinks a liquid IV now before each practice and her energy level is higher and she doesn't fatigue any more.

Love this product. The Lemon Lime is perfect for me, i don't like flavors that are too sweet. If you like a low sweet lemonade you love it. I have taken other hydrade products but this one you actually feel the affect!
