My husband works outside no matter the weather and my daughter plays sports so these are incredibly important to have in our pantry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this stuff and it greatly improves my life. Lemon lime is definitely my favorite flavor and basically all I buy. I am a full-time massage therapist, as well as someone who deals with a genetic medical condition which causes my muscles to have to work harder than most people do. So I’m someone who needs more electrolytes than most people and my liquid IV packets and bulk containers are what I use. I highly recommend this product.

These are a must for me to have on hand all the time. I have a medical condition that causes me to get dehydrated and these really help me. I love the lemon-lime flavor. I keep one in the car, in my purse, and one at work. So much more convenient than bottles of Gatorade, etc. All you need is water and you are good to go.

Great product

Liquid I. V. Lemon Lime is one of my favorite flavors. It has a refreshing citrus taste without being overly sweet, and it mixes easily into water without leaving a weird aftertaste. I especially like taking it with me on busy days, when we’re outside, hiking, or at race-day activities because it makes it much easier for me to stay on top of hydration. The individual packets are convenient to throw in a bag or purse, and Lemon Lime is a flavor I don’t get tired of drinking. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and tasty way to add electrolytes to their water.

Works fantastic, especially when working out in the heat. Tastes so much better than other electrolytes and I've tried so many. The flavor is strong so I split it between 2 bottles of water and it's perfect.

I love these, they are great! I have Sjogren's Disease and get dehydrated very easily and these help so much. My Rheumatologist actually recommended them to me.

Use Liquid IV most every day. It’s been especially effective when playing tennis on very hot mornings. While I have used other flavors, Lemon Lime continues to be my favorite!

A bit acidic, but tried to get past it
