[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My gramma is 85. She forgets to drink water often m, but she’ll get a glass and have some liquid IV and she’s perked up quite a bit. Very handy, I order it for her and send it right to her door. This is her preferred flavor, the lemon lime. She lives 3 hours away, so it’s nice to know she’s enjoying this and staying hydrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have POTS and have tried basically every electrolyte powder out there (except sugar free ones) and consistently find that I'm less affected by my symptoms when I use Liquid IV than with other powders. I'm also not mad about the flavors! I would love a flavorless one, but the lemon lime is lovely.

Love these packets in a blender bottle for a workout or to pack on vacation when we're out an about all day and not able to hydrate as well as we should

Love that I can get liquid IV shipped to our house without using big box stores. Liquid IV quickly helps me feel hydrated and recover from workouts or a long day of parenting. The lemon-lime flavor tastes great without being too sweet or too overpowering.

I take this product daily without fail. It significantly reduces cramps in my hands and legs . Nothing else works like this hydration product. I currently have a monthly order on the books with you for 16 bags . I'd like to double that but haven't been able to do that . Could use some help Thank you.
