Bought this and used it at a work lunch. Everyone loved it. Even a former barista was impressed with the quality. Being able to set the water hardness level, and its ability to dial its self in. I think 3 other people were planning on buying by the end. No complaints. It took the heavy use well. A few folks were nervous to use it is pretty simple. Seems pricey at first but for what it does it’s really a deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is an absolute dream. You can make any coffee drink you can imagine with it. I’ve been making cold brew daily since getting it. After you calibrate it to the water hardness of your home and the coffee beans you are using, it will give you automatic recommendations for grind settings to give you the perfect cup of coffee. The beans are freshly ground each time you make a cup, which means the coffee always tastes super fresh! It’s very user friendly once you get the hang of it too. It can even froth milk and make cold foam! I’ve been using almond milk exclusively, and I’m surprised at how well it’s able to make foam out of it. I’m very impressed, and I’ve lost any desire I’ve had to go to Starbucks or any other coffee place. It’s like having a personal barista in your house! I highly recommend this machine to any coffee lover.

I bought this machine 3 weeks ago, and let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve ever made!! I can’t stop talking about it to everyone I know, it’s literally a game changer to the point I’m selling my nespresso and keurig machine. This machine does everything! Literally whatever I’m craving I can make it easily by following the easy and clear ninja instructions and there you have it! (The Ninja luxe cafe inspiration guide is fantastic!), A better tasting coffee than coffee shops or just as good as the good coffee shops! It saved me so much money cuz I stopped getting my coffee from other shops. I love how it has built in storage for the loose parts, I love how it has the barista assist and it’s on point every single time, and how it grinds the coffee beans differently for every drink you choose, I love all the coffee options it has, the milk frother is also brilliant with its self purge and all its functions ranging from thin froth to cold brew foam! This machine is literally what makes me jump out of bed with so much enthusiasm and excitement every morning! I can’t recommend it enough! Overall, I love the Cafe Luxe! It took me about a week and a half to dial in the espresso and coffee to my exact preference, but once I got there it was all worth it. Stick with it and only change one variable at a time. I will say that the milk frother is more manual for me because I like a medium froth (not too milky and not too stiff). I end up turning off the froth right when the last progress light lights up on the cappuccino level. I do wish the Euro version was released in the US because I think some of my issues would be fixed. Tip: there are advanced settings in the safety booklet. In case it’s helpful for anyone, these are my preferences. I use Black Oak Duomo beans (M+ roast) Double espresso: grind 4 | brew temp 3 | brew ratio 2.0 Drip Coffee: grind 24 | brew temp 3 | Classic

I purchased the Ninja Luxe about 2 weeks ago and I am still learning how to use it. I am pleased with the product because is very easy to use and to make a great cup of expresso everyday in the morning before going to work. The only concern I have is that after brewing a couple of cups of coffee I noticed a water leak on the counter from the machine and I ma not sure where is coming from.

We absolutely love our Ninja Cafe Luxe. I was hesitant at first because it does cost so much, but it has been amazing. I almost bought a breville version of this before this came out, but I didn’t because it had so many reviews where the blades would get off caliber and how so many people experienced issues, and it is even more expensive! I’m so glad we waited because we absolutely love our Ninja! We had a Ninja coffee maker with frother before this but we wanted to eliminate all the different coffee machines. Our other ninja lasted over 10 years, and we never experienced any issues, so I’m confident about our purchase with this. LOVE THIS APPLIANCE!!

I was excited to buy this machine as I have loved all my other Ninja products. However if you don’t use the same beans for drip and espresso you have to waste A LOT of beans every time you change beans. My husband drinks drip and I drink espresso and cold press. For this “smart” machine to switch you have to run two cycles through with the beans you have switched to. For this reason we will be returning ours and continuing on the espresso hunt.

I was intrigued when I first saw this. I have many Ninja products and owned a very expensive espresso machine from another brand. I decided to sell my other espresso machine as I did not have time to deal with dialing in the espresso appropriately. The Ninja Luxe has been an amazing product for me. This takes the "brain work" out of dialing in espresso and does it for you. The espresso quality is great and the drinks are easy to make. Overall I am super impressed with the product
