I bought mine a month ago and have been able to use it for three days before a part broke that renders the machine useless without. The part has been out of stock the entire time, so it’s just taking up space in my kitchen and not being used. Very disappointed.

Ninja/Shark products always have wonderful warranties, and I'm registering my machine right after this. It comes with everything you need to get started except for beans! 🤩 The built-in grinder adjusts based on what you're making, you can adjust the self-stirring frother to dairy or plant-based milk in various foam levels (and cold foam - YUM!). This is the machine of my dreams and I can't wait to continue learning how to make the best coffees out there!

Really shocked at all it does for the price and not all plastic more metal than you would expect. It brews a great cup of espresso, coffee, or cold brew. The frother has many options as well. Easy to clean. Comes will built in storage too! Love it!

I've always known ninja to be a good brand and I have purchased other products made by them and been happy with the quality. I wanted to stop paying so much. At the coffee shop, be able to make the same. If not better quality coffee at home with an espresso machine but didn't know whoa, who is the right one? I'm glad that I got this one. Does everything I need and more? Still, haven't really figured out all of the different drinks I can make. But it does everything it says, very well from grinding the beans to making the espresso and frotting the milk. I definitely recommend given this espresso A shot.

I bought this machine as a Christmas gift to myself and I am so happy I did. The quality of coffee from this machine has me in awe everyday. It's up to par and goes toe to toe with my local coffee shops. I use the frother to froth cold temp dairy milk. I only drink cold/iced coffee beverages and I must admit, the frother having a cold setting is grand. This is a money saving great tasting coffee machine. Ninja hit it out the park with this one.

Amazing machine. It’s extremely easy to use which is the main reason I love it. The reason for 3 stars is due to the portafilter funnel. Unfortunately the plastic has chipped in 2 places & I’ve only had it for a few weeks now. For the price of the machine I would expect the parts to be super high quality. But again, other than that issue, machine is amazing.

We love our ninja espresso machine, I will say the plastic funnel is so cheap. So we were extra cautious with it and were able to make it last for about 7 months. But it chipped away because like it said it is CHEAP material. Thankfully it’s also cheap on their website to replace. Aside from that it’s an awesome machine, just treat your plastic funnel like a priceless family heirloom, and it may last longer than ours did.

We've only had this espresso/coffee machine for just over a week, so we haven't had time to explore all the recipes, but so far, it's a hit. My husband loves the espresso, but he also appreciates being able to brew a 16oz rich tasting coffee for his travel mug. I love the coffee; the extraction process brings out so much flavor; I had no idea what I was missing in drip coffee! I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because securing the portafilter is a bit difficult for me.

I have had this machine for a couple of weeks now and we are enjoying it very much. It makes a nice cup of espresso even though I am still trying to find the right beans to use. I have tried some local fresh roasted beans but they seem a little bitter to me but they make a nice Capaccino. The milk frothing is excellent even using 2% milk. I have used the drip feature and this makes an excellent cup of coffee. I have also tried the latte and this is also very good. I will keep experimenting with the beans I am sure to find the right ones for us.

I'm one of the Americans who are waiting for the versions you've chosen to release in Europe. We want to be able to dispense water for tea, and to make single shots. The three stars are for what sounds like a decent fit for me, the other two are waiting...
