I bought this product back in July and I only really use it for making my coffee to take to work. I love this product a lot, but there has been a problem with it since I got it & I don't know if it me or if it is the product itself. Every time I grind the beans to make my coffee, it will either not fill the portafilter up or it will grind so many that the grounds are all over the place. Other than that, I would recommend this product due to I haven't really seen anyone else with this same issue.

I’ve been wanting an espresso machine that made a good drink without all the tinkering with settings. So far, the ninja luxe has ticked all the boxes and at an acceptable price point compared to other machines of similar features. I’ve been enjoying drinks a few times a day and getting the caffeine boost that helps me power through my work day. Really glad I upgraded to this!

I’ve had mine for a couple of weeks, and I’m obsessed! I saw this machine got great reviews, and I had been looking for a while. When I received it and set it up, I knew I’d love it. The coffee is phenomenal! I’ve made mostly 10 oz coffee, but the espresso is also so good, and the frother works like a charm. The machine is pretty intuitive and I’ve had no problems. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an elevated coffee and espresso experience at home. No lines!!

Two weeks in I must say I’m very impressed. At this price point and with all the functionality, as long as this machine last it’s a homerun. Great espresso ( could be a tad bit hotter) Great cappuccino, awesome cold foam and iced coffee, and as a big espresso martini fan I have to say this makes one of the best I’ve had which alone will cover the cost…

We are LOVING this. We were doing French Press but I wanted the option for espresso and espresso martinis so we traded out another appliance for this. We live tiny in our 5th wheel so we need something multipurpose. My husband drinks decaf and I drink regular, I am so happy that this gives us all of the options we need.

We've haven't even had this a month yet and I am so glad we got it! We can make coffee just as good as when we go out for it and the money we are saving is insane! The machine and all it's components are so well made with quality materials. Another great feature is that there is a place to store all the pieces right on the machine. No worries about losing them. Overall, this is one of the best machines we have ever gotten and I wish we had gotten it sooner!

We just got the Cafe Lux for Christmas. It is a great machine save one obvious oversight. There is no hot water option / button. You can't make tea, have an americano,nor add hot water to any drinks. I'm not sure, given what else the machine does, that this would have been missed?

As a first time coffee/espresso maker owner, and relatively new to the coffee world, we have found this machine to be AMAZING. The ease of use and the variety drinks we can make has made our experience tremendous. If you are considering a Ninja Luxe, go for it.

Absolutely am in love with this Ninja I feel its the easiest unit offered out of all the brands researched. Basically instructs user throughput each step in creating amazingly delicious expresso, drip coffee latte and cappyaling with the cold brews. Beat investment I made .
