I bought this less than 60 days ago. The funnel broke in like 1 month, plus the funnel alarm constantly comes on. It takes about 20 try’s to get it to work. Additionally, the gravity feed for the bean hopper needs constant assistance or it stops feeding. They need to take this poorly engineered machine back to formula and try again. I am on the replacement funnel list for the second time, first one sold out in minutes due to the extreme amount of people that already need a replacement funnel. I now own a large metal boat anchor…extremely disappointed

It’s basically three machines in one, and the espresso it pulls? Top-notch. I've only tried the espresso so far, but it’s already blown my mind. Super easy to use, and it looks sleek on the counter too. The frother is a fun bonus, making my lattes feel like they’re straight from a café. If you’re serious about your coffee (former barista here), this is definitely the machine to get!

Always I want a espresso machine, but all are really expensive and I don't found any one impressed me, but when I saw the ninja brand I'm in love... Is these best, easy and simple use, this coffee machine has everything, and every details impress me. The plant base milk detail in the frother is awesome for me. The coffee machine, is the coffee machine for my dreams.

Thisis a very heavy, well built, beautiful machine with quality parts. It feels like a much more expensive Delonghi or Jura. The design is thoughtful. It incorporates features like testing and adjusting for water hardness, recalibrating when new beans are added, and inconspicuous storage for parts. Large capacity hopper. I love that I can make espresso, coffee, and cold brew all in one. I’ve always been impressed with Ninja’s ability to pack features into the products they build. I also own a Ninja blender, air purifier, and pressure/multi cooker. The Cafe Lux is the most impressive yet.

I used a breville espresso maker at work (fire station) and knew that I needed an espresso maker. While researching them, I came across this one and knew i needed it. It has made amazing drinks and really does adjust the grind settings. I could not be happier with this machine!

I've always known ninja to be a good brand and I have purchased other products made by them and been happy with the quality. I wanted to stop paying so much. At the coffee shop, be able to make the same. If not better quality coffee at home with an espresso machine but didn't know whoa, who is the right one? I'm glad that I got this one. Does everything I need and more? Still, haven't really figured out all of the different drinks I can make. But it does everything it says, very well from grinding the beans to making the espresso and frotting the milk. I definitely recommend given this espresso A shot.

So far I am loving this machine. The Classic Coffee Drip is good, the espresso comes out perfect. I have owned several Espresso machines and without understanding the mathematics behind it, I never did get a good tasting shot. I am very happy with this purchase. I drink regular coffee, lattes and iced coffees and this provides all with great taste.

We love our ninja espresso machine, I will say the plastic funnel is so cheap. So we were extra cautious with it and were able to make it last for about 7 months. But it chipped away because like it said it is CHEAP material. Thankfully it’s also cheap on their website to replace. Aside from that it’s an awesome machine, just treat your plastic funnel like a priceless family heirloom, and it may last longer than ours did.

I bought this product back in July and I only really use it for making my coffee to take to work. I love this product a lot, but there has been a problem with it since I got it & I don't know if it me or if it is the product itself. Every time I grind the beans to make my coffee, it will either not fill the portafilter up or it will grind so many that the grounds are all over the place. Other than that, I would recommend this product due to I haven't really seen anyone else with this same issue.

We just unboxed our unit today, it was so easy setting up with the help of the video online. I made my wife a latte and she said it was amazing, I enjoy my drip coffee and I like mine on the stronger side, and let me tell you this makes the perfect cup of coffee. I’m excited to try the cold coffee
