This is the 2nd machine I have bought, not because any mechanical issues, only because my house burned down and I love the machine so much I had to buy again! However, due to economic issues, I did try a Panasonic machine that was $200 cheaper, and boy was that a mistake. After a few issues and the overall feeling of it being too plasticy, I sent it back and bought the NINJA!! It really makes everything and anything you want, so love the versatility of the machine and feels like it was made to last a long time, so once you get over the price, you will LOVE making coffees each morning, like I do!

Amazing espresso machine that takes ALL the guess work out of espresso. I love not having to dial in the grind or dose or even have to babysit the milk while it froths. Makes a perfect cup every single time. I've had this machine for over a year and I use it every day (sometimes multiple times a day). My go-to is usually a latte, but on occasion I will make an Americano (using a separate kettle for hot water). I've made cappuccinos, flat whites, affogato, espresso martinis, frothed milk for hot chocolate, you name it. 10/10 would buy again.

I’ve read the bad comments and has to be competitors wright these things lol. I’ve had mine for a week and makes one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. During thanksgiving I had to have made 20 for my family members and they also loved it. I have 2 family members now joining the club. Go Ninja! Thanks for a great latte. BC

I really wanted to love this machine, but unfortunately, it’s been a huge disappointment. One of the biggest issues is the milk system—it doesn’t heat the milk properly. Every time I want a latte or cappuccino, I have to microwave the milk separately, which defeats the whole purpose of having an all-in-one espresso maker. On top of that, the espresso shot is very inconsistent. I use a shot glass to measure and have tried multiple techniques, but I never get a full 2oz pour. It’s always around 1.5oz, no matter what I do. For a machine at this price point, I expected much better performance and consistency. I had high hopes and really wanted this to work out, but sadly, I’m not happy with this purchase. I wish I had gone with a different brand.

The first couple of days we spent watching videos and learning how to use it but after that it is so easy to use. We love making our espresso in the morning with my frothed cream. So good! I choose the trace blue color and love the way it looks in my kitchen.

Great Coffee Maker, but Milk Warmer Needs Improvement I love hot macchiato, and that’s why I decided to buy this Ninja coffee maker. The coffee itself tastes great and the machine is easy to use. However, the milk warmer doesn’t heat the milk enough—I often have to finish warming it in the microwave, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a nice coffee maker, but I wish the milk warming function worked better for those of us who enjoy extra hot drinks.

I absolutely love how this machine works and fits my kitchen aesthetic. Mostly just love that I can make cold brew and iced coffee with cold foam every morning or my husband can make his hot cup of coffee with right after. it does SO much - you don't have to have much / any skill. Truly worth every penny for the quality of coffee I get compared to the Breville I was using that I never knew how to dial in.

I’ve used this a bunch since I got it in the mail. Love the espressos and the frothing systems. Easy to use and makes delicious hot and cold beverages. It was a little hard to figure out the manual frothing but once I did it worked like a charm. Haven’t tried the drip coffees or the cold brews yet but looking forward to trying those features out as well. Love the size of this machine. It doesn’t take up a large footprint on my counter. The directions were pretty easy to understand and the set up was minimal.

I'd like to start this off with saying I have not yet actually used the machine. This review is solely based on the appearance. I got this unit in the color trace blue. The pictures on the website show a muted light grey with a slight blue hue. I thought it was very pretty. But when I received the unit, the color was so different from the pictures that I thought I received the wrong color. It was more of a sparkly dark grey. I wish I could have seen the units actual colors, as I probably would have been able to make a more informed decision and might have been happier with my purchase. I am sure the unit works great based on other reviews I have seen, but I am disappointed in the misrepresentation of the color. You'd think they would be technologically advanced enough to take accurate pictures considering they are part of a tech company.

I just purchased this espresso machine a couple of weeks ago. I am in love! I have made cold brew, espresso, iced lattes and everything turns out fabulous. The cold foam is amazing! It’s user-friendly, easy to clean and relatively quiet. I highly recommend it!
