Purchased the Raspberry NinjaLux as soon as I saw it come out. It is beautiful! I was on the fence about getting this or the Breville for the past year, and I am so glad I chose Ninja. It's very user friendly and easy to use, as are all Ninja products.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it. I have had a good Breville machine in the past, and this is a world of difference. it is almost automated...the grind is perfect, the frother is awesome and makes amazing froth out of almond milk. espresso shots are strong and taste great. 5 out of 5

Amazing coffee/espresso machine fulfilling all my Starbucks needs right at home! Easy to use, with many settings for delicious cold foams, cappuccinos, lattes, etc. it's a very durable machine, great for hosting but even better for an on the go working mom! Highly recommend this product!!

I have only used the espresso feature so far, but the quality of the shot is top notch. This is coming from a barista with 20 years of experience. I like that the machine has recommendations on grind settings, but that you can still override those if need be. I am excited to try the cold brew feature as the weather gets a little warmer. Great product overall and would recommend to friends.

Bought this 2 years ago when it first came out and absolutely loved it. However now it is failing, conveniently after the year warranty. The team claimed they “fixed it” by letting me send it in the warehouse, but it is now failing again. Only regular coffee brews will work, not espresso. I am sick of this headache.

The Ninja Luxe Cafe is a great machine to own. I had the opportunity to get the pink model and the colour is amazing. The barista assist technology is very accurate and suggests changes as needed . I’ve had the machine for a few weeks and have no regrets. My favourite feature is the double espresso option as the machine just excels at it. The quad/ cold brew are not my favourite, though with changing some settings, you can dial it in for a better experience. Overall 8/10

We purchased in June 2025. Have had intermittent problems with frother. It finally stopped working. Called warranty. Shared several videos with them. They made the decision that we had to send the machine back to be repaired. I asked if a loaner replacement would be shipped overnight for us to use since we would be without our machine for 2-3 weeks. I was told it's 'unfortunate ' and no they don't. I asked if I was going to be compensated for a lower cost machine I now have to buy so we can have coffee. Again, no and it's 'unfortunate'. That seems to be the buzzword used by warranty. I was offered 2 travel cups for my 'unffortunate' situation. REALLY? Buyer beware!

After 7 years our Kerieg Cafe machine just said enough. My husband and I are particular about our cofee , so finding a new machine to go with was quite a difficult choice. This product is exceptional for the cofee lover who likes to reminise about drinking a cappuccino on the plaza novona in Italy or just a on the go cup of Joe to get the kids to school. Easy to use , compact to fit in your at home cafe corner, and easy to clean.

I bought ~2 months ago and its fabulous! Had a pod machine and savings in pod costs wll pay for this in 3-4 months and the espresso drinks are better! Auto grind works great, can also use pre-ground but you need to then experiment with grounds/strength. I like espresso, wife likes traditional drip so the fact that it does both is awesome. Handy spots for storing pieces in the machine! Small things--switching out coffee beans not something you want to do everyday--hence we make wife's drip with her pre-ground fav. beans and espresso using whole beans and auto grind. The milk frothing system is fabulous. Auto-purge of frothing wand is a great feature --uses a lot of water, so frequent emptying of the tray and refilling of water reservoir if you have a couple of double shots a day. Not sure why the catch tray for coffee drips is separate from the water catch tray for the frother purge--if they were just one piece it would be easier--hold more water and keep the drips from drying on. But these are small things on what is, overall, a great machine.

Okay, so I am by no stretch of the imagination a coffee/espresso professional. I had an old drip machine, I replaced that with a K Cafe some years back, and received the Luxe Cafe Premier for Christmas, so my coffee experience is limited to say the best. I do know I love the taste of a strong espresso drink and hate Dunkin Donuts Lattes. Anyway, there used to be this little Lavazza Coffee Cart outside my office in Manhattan, and they made the best tasting lattes ever. We moved offices, and I didn't have it for years. This machine, plus whole bean Lavazza Espresso Roast and Torani flavored simple syrup made it possible for me to make comparable lattes at home, every morning, and the machine has essentially paid for itself in the last month. It's incredibly easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's easy to keep clean. It's relatively fast considering I can make 2 lattes in less than 5 minutes, including rinsing the baskets and milk jug in between. I love it. After some trial and error and a few bitter shots, I found the right grind size, the right amount of syrup, and the right milk/froth settings, and I make perfect lattes, every time, that even my fiance, who effectively hates coffee and would NEVER use the keurig, loves. I don't think it's the right machine for a genuine coffee snob, but for lattes with m whole bean Lavazza Espresso Roast, and classic regular coffee (Green Mountain Dark Magic), this machine is perfect for me, and I actually look forward to my coffee in the morning. If you're looking for a decent machine to get into brewing your own espresso, this thing is fantastic. I've heard people have had some problems with theirs, but mine has been working perfectly every time, once I got everything figured out. Don't get discouraged if your first 5-10 brews are awful. It will get better. The only thing I cannot for the life of me figure out is how to pull a good Quad Shot of espresso. So I just use 2 doubles lol. Would definitely recommend, but wish I got it in that awesome cyberspace blue color because that machine is gorgeous. Chrome takes a bit more work to keep super shiny. Oh, and I can't figure out how to get the froth wand back to shiny/chrome. It like burnt with milk residue and looks tarnished. It works perfectly so I don't really care, but I don't think it's possible to keep the wand looking new. If you're thinking about picking it up, do it. It's amazing.
