These bars are the perfect size and give you the right amount of deliciousness in every bite!!

I like the fact that they are all natural and have a simple ingredient profile. They only downside to these is that they are a little small, I wish they we just a bit bigger.

I thought the consistency of the bar was very soft with a robust flavor. I loved the subtle bursts of chocolate and knows that all of the ingredients I was consuming were health conscious.

There's a little crunch from the sunflower seeds, chewy from the coconut and the chocolate is not too sweet but just enough. The chia and flax seeds are loaded with nutrients. These are a great and healthy snack or quick breakfast on the go.

My wife did not like the taste but that was okay since I got to eat the rest of them. Could have eaten them all in 1 sitting, would recommend.
