If you've ever baked anything with almond flour, then you know there's a certain taste that comes with using it in your baked goods. Simple Mills does a good job of masking that taste. I think the only con I'm seeing is that the bar is too dry. Since it's made with bananas, I expected it to be moist.

There's a little crunch from the sunflower seeds, chewy from the coconut and the chocolate is not too sweet but just enough. The chia and flax seeds are loaded with nutrients. They are super soft, which I prefer over crunchy.
