I thought I would only have them for breakfast, but I ended up eating these for snack and dessert. They are absolutely yummy. I love the softness of them. A lot of bars make a mess once you bite into them but these were so soft and made for an easy eat.

It also has a bunch of sunflower, flax, and chia seeds that add flavor and texture to these yummy bars. I love that they print the ingredients simply and clearly right on the package. They have 3 grams of protein per 170 calorie bar, so I feel good having them for a snack or a quick breakfast. They are so good. Plain and Simple.

These Dark Chocolate Almond Soft-Baked Almond Flour Bars are also good for you. Almond flour has way less carbs than regular flour. The ingredients in these bars are healthier than most. Everyone in my household enjoys these bars and I look forward to getting more snacks from this brand.
