Great fit not so great sound

They fit very well and are reasonably secure for that style of earbud. The sound quality is not great though. There are very frequent glitches and interruptions, especially outdoors. Honestly I had better sound quality with the equivalent soundcore product, that one I had to return though because the fit was bad. You can't have everything I suppose. I did expect more though from such an expensive pair.

As if. . .

It wasn't there! Best buds I've purchased thus far! I have other Shokz which I use for meetings at work and those are great. However, these buds are phenomenal for going everywhere! Like walking, at a restaurant, waiting in a doctor's office, traveling, etc. I can hear my surroundings while I can listen to music or books. What I'm amazed is that it has bass! Again, great purchase! I might buy another one in the future.

Still trying to figure it out

I really like not having the bar across the back of my neck like with my other shokz, but I do have a hard time starting and stopping the music and increasing and decreasing the volume. Sometimes I tap twice and nothing happens. Sometimes both of my fingers are on either side of the battery pack to adjust the volume but nothing happens. Overall I am very pleased. Still trying to figures some things out, though.

Just ok not great

I love that they are not connected around the back of my neck like the other shokz but these begin to hurt my ear after wearing them for a couple of hours and I end up putting my olds ones on. The buttons are not the easiest either. I will use these sometimes but I will continue to use the old ones I have they are more comfortable and easy to control.

Good, but don't expect miracles in loud situations like the NYC subway

They work well and you'll still be able to hear your surroundings. Bad for being on a loud train, good for walking the streets. More comfortable than I thought they'd be, they fare better than earbuds, at least for my ears, no concerns yet with them falling off, but haven't done any intense activities like running. They work well for wearing a winter hat too, as they don't get in the way. Touch controls work alright. Case is great for keeping them charged but it's difficult to open it if you've only got one hand free.

Great for little ears!

I've never been able to use earbuds/in-ear headphones/air pods because they're all huge and hurt my ears. I had basically given up on the idea because the other options look so douchey to me. These are so cute and don't hurt at all! And they don't get in the way of my earrings or glasses. I'm a bit particular about sound quality for music so I will still mainly use my over-ear headphones for that, but I'm very happy with these for everyday phone/podcast-type use (and music while working out). Fellow tiny-eared humans, you have options!

Frustrated

I wanted to love these soooo badly. Concept is cool. A few things wrong with them as a female with long hair that wears glasses. 1) my eyeglass stems are in the way of these fitting properly. So if you wear glasses, these aren't a good move to make. 2) they constantly (and way to easily) fall off when you're trying to adjust your hair out away from your ear; or, if you happen to be adjusting your hair on a long call, or that annoying piece of hair blows in your way and you try to nudge it back. One little whisper of a graze near your ear and these things come right off. From a tech standpoint — operationally — very frustrating. I had these in my case, in another room. I picked up my phone to listen to watch a short video and I had zero audio. My earbuds were still connected. As well, often when I pick these up to put on to prepare to make a phone call, or get ready for a phone meeting, my music automatically blasts in my ear. Last, unlike the “other” ear buds I used to have that actually would disconnect from a call when I placed them down, they would actually disconnect as I needed them too. Not these. Put them on your desk, and they still stay connected. Not convenient if you work from home and are walking around using them but then set them on a table, counter, or wherever. If you go into another room and make a manual non-earbud call, you have to run to the other room because you realize the audio is at your buds.

Mostly amazing

My ear canals are too small, where most earbuds are painful. These are mostly comfortable, though sometimes I feel that they are heavy. The sound is pretty good, though if in a noisy gym, I cannot always hear them as well as an in-ear earbud. Sometimes the bluetooth connection is wonky. I can run and exercise in these without any issues.

The Best Headphones Yet

I honestly didn't expect to love these as much as I do. I have gifted out all my other headphones (apple and bose) to people. As a runner and gym rat these are just perfect. Also, I usually can't get the music loud enough for my taste, but these at full sound are even to much for me. I will never go back from these.

While the audio quality is great, call quality makes them basically unusuable for phone calls.

While the audio quality is great, call quality makes them basically unusuable for phone calls. They are very light and I often forget I'm wearing them which could make them great for runs, but the inability for anyone I'm on the phone with to hear me speaking is unacceptable.
