My new OpenDots One open-ear earbuds are incredibly comfortable—once I put them in, I completely forget they are there. They are perfect for use on trails, as they allow me to remain aware of environmental sounds. The sound quality is superb, and I appreciate using the app to adjust the settings to my liking.

While the audio quality is great, call quality makes them basically unusuable for phone calls. They are very light and I often forget I'm wearing them which could make them great for runs, but the inability for anyone I'm on the phone with to hear me speaking is unacceptable.

After alot of trial and error of trying to find an earbud that fits my tiny ear holes- I was frustrated and about to give up when my neighbor was wearing the Dots- she likes them so hear I am- this is my first week with them on my ears and so far they are working pretty well

I've been using my openrun for a couple of years now and still love them but definitely desired to have the freedom of something more akin to individual ear pieces and these are perfect! The sound quality is fantastic and they're definitely comfortable. I took one star off because they do start to make my ears tender after a while, like some other reviewers stated but then again so do the openrun - I think I'm just overly sensitive. I can't use in-ear buds and have tried so many different headphones and listening devices over the years, and these are my favorite by far!

The headphones are what I expected being open and allowing me to hear my surroundings while running. They fit good, but are finicky to get in the right spot so they don't feel like they are going to fall out. The sound is great and deliver as expected. Not great on a windy day or when a train is passing on my run. The trade offs to be more aware of surroundings are worth it. I wish the fit was better and hope overtime I figure out their placement and they are more natural to out on.

Sound quality is not too consistent, it doesn't work well in noisy situations and if I'm on the phone, the other person said the hear all the background noise even when I have the settings to quiet the background noise. I worked out with them, they kept moving around and didnt stay put.

I'm a huge fan of Shokz (since first gen AirShokz behind the ear bone conduction) and they knocked it out of the park again! While I love my newest gen OpenRun Pro, I find these are more comfy for long wear usage and esp when I am reading in bed. Can go wrong w this company! Thanks for the improvements!

I have 6 or more shokz headphones I have used over the years, open comm is used daily for multiple hours of teams calls. 2 separate pairs of open fits and others. I find I have to replace the headphones just after the warranty ends. I tried these new ones and the fall out during most runs. Very disappointing

They work well and you'll still be able to hear your surroundings. Bad for being on a loud train, good for walking the streets. More comfortable than I thought they'd be, they fare better than earbuds, at least for my ears, no concerns yet with them falling off, but haven't done any intense activities like running. They work well for wearing a winter hat too, as they don't get in the way. Touch controls work alright. Case is great for keeping them charged but it's difficult to open it if you've only got one hand free.

I recently bought the Shokzs OpenDots One, and they are everything I was hoping for and more. The battery life is great, and they are perfect for all your everyday activities, like running to listening to your audiobooks on the porch. I will say if you are on the fence when it comes to colors, I got the silver/grey, and I think the color is very similar to the pink ones, but either way, you can't go wrong! I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for high-quality earbuds that are comfortable and won't fall out or hurt your ears.
