Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the candles did not meet your expectations. Recharge frequency can vary depending on brightness settings, timer usage, and how long the candles are run each day. Your feedback has been shared with our team and helps us continue improving our products.

Thank you for your review — we appreciate your feedback! To help extend the battery life between uses, we recommend turning the candles fully off after each use, either manually or with the remote control. This helps prevent any small standby power draw and can improve overall runtime. If you find that the discharge time still isn’t meeting your expectations, please feel free to reach out to us at customerservice@creative-prc.us . Our team would be more than happy to assist you and make things right.

Dear Hua, We’re truly sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations. These candles are made from durable polymeric material with a wax-finished exterior. This design is intentional—it's what allows them to be used both indoors and outdoors without melting or warping in direct sunlight or warmer environments. The finish also helps protect surrounding surfaces from heat when used outdoors. We completely understand that personal preferences vary, and we respect your decision to return the item. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us—it helps us continue improving. Warm regards,
