More than a fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought a fridge can be more than just a fridge. The AI camera function is a life saver when I am at the grocery store. The smart features like calendar and smart things make this fridge really the center of the family planning. From school activities to important anniversaries, everything is available in an instant. Smart things make the fridge the home control center I ever wanted. And yes, eggs stay fresh as well.
Nice refrigerator, but display lacks usefulness.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is very modern as you would expect. The space is excellent even in the counter depth version. After a couple months, the best overall feature is beverage center with two kinds of ice and two means of getting water. The pitcher is a winning feature! The display is largely useless, but looks cool. The AI is really pointless… it’s a tool without a problem to solve. The other apps are pretty useless too. Who needs to stream tv to their fridge?? Everything it can do is already on your phone in a more convening form. Maybe Samsung really needs to sit down and think about what would actually add value to the consumer, not just dump the Android suite on it. Well, the display is attractive by candy, but the ones without it would be just as functional.
Great Fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome fridge. No issues since delivery and install 6 months ago. Just replaced the first water filter this week. Easy to replace. The only thing that I think is a bit of an issue is the AI recognition. It recognizes most items but some you have to input manually. I don't use this feature much. Also, some of the apps are being discontinued. If they would allow more third-party apps, it would be better.
Tons of usable space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had heard mixed reviews on some of Samsungs past refrigerators, but after doing some thorough research on the redesigned mechanicals and talking to some friends who had a similar Samsung fridge, we bought ours and I'm so glad we did. The layout is well thought out and functional. Not having ice on the door a small inconvenience, but it's worth it to increase reliability.
Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our bespoke refrigerator. The filtered, refillable water container is great for quick water pouring and the two ice options have been great for entertaining and personal use. We especially love the large touch screen and voice activated smart screen.
So far so good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No issues so far! We bought our fridge a few months ago and love it so far. We got the extended warranty with it which we usually never do; but with all things being manufactured so poorly these days, we decided it was wise. Praying it continues to perform as expected for MANY years to come.
"Design Meets Daily Convenience."
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m using the white Bespoke 4 Door Flex at home, and it blends beautifully with my cabinetry. I owned the previous Bespoke 4 Door, and this generation is a clear step up. The dual Auto Ice Maker produces two cube sizes at the same time. An internal camera tracks what goes in and out, making it easy to manage groceries. The large Family Hub screen lets me pin photos, doodle, and handwrite notes—and it can play Samsung TV Plus and YouTube. Sleek design plus genuinely useful upgrades make it a smart centerpiece. Strongly recommend it.
Stinky pitcher
Beautiful fridge with one flaw that, if known prior to buying, would have had me purchasing something else. The in-fridge water pitcher has a horrible chemical odor that permeates the entire fridge. I've tried the online fixes like let pitcher sit out for a couple of days to off gas the chemicals. Didn't work. I've washed with different soaps and even let it sit outside in the desert heat for a week. Within 12 hours of filling with water the smell returns. Its over 100 bucks for a new one so not interested in testing to see if that would help and a glass pitcher isn't available. I use the space for the pitcher to put a water bottle now.

It’s a nice expensive Refrigerator (but)
We had the first Samsung Refrigerator in 2017 and a short while after the ice maker broke replaced it twice in 3 years Got a second Samsung late 2020 and ice maker broke a short while after that replaced it a couple times again in 2024 the freezer stopped working called customer service and it’s not covered plus if it is you have to pay the service man yourself… we would never buy a Samsung Refrigerator again not because we would have to pay the repair man but because they cost a arm and a leg Ang constantly break

Samsung is a total waste of money!
I am so disappointed in Samsung! I didn’t realize such a beautiful work of art was junk. I purchased a refrigerator just like this one 10/24/19. A few months after buying it I had to get the ice maker replaced. Thankfully they paid to replace it. For some reason the cubed ice came out crushed but I didn’t care. A few years later the ice machine stopped working again. When I asked for a repair through Samsung they asked for the receipt. I said you have the receipt from the last time I got it repaired, they said they had no record of me getting the ice maker repaired. They eventually helped pay for the repair of the ice machine for the second time. 6 months later now my freezer has stopped working. The refrigerator is 5 years, 9 months old and it stopped working. I have to unplug it every two days to get the refrigerator to cool back down. It reads that it’s at 37 degrees but when I reboot it, it says it’s at 46 degrees, 54 degrees! Thankfully I still have my GE refrigerator in the garage. We’ve had it for 21 years and replaced it because the ice machine stopped working. So the GE still works fine after 21 years. The Samsung doesn’t work after 5.5 years! I will never buy Samsung again! The repairman said it’s got a leak. He said he’d replace the compressor because of the 10 year warranty. Would have to put in a UV dryer to pinpoint the leak. Those 2 would cost at least a $1000 with Samsung paying for the compressor. If they pinpoint the leak then they’d have to buy that part and replace it. I wish I knew this before I purchased Samsung!!!! Btw, the repairman said he buys GE! Definitely buying GE from here out!
