The dual ice makers with two sizes of ice was the selling point that sold us. We really appreciate the super spacious interior, particularly the flexibility of being able to change sections from refrigerator to freezer. Overall, this refrigerator with its large touchscreen and AI camera that keeps track of what you put in and take out of the refrigerator has been a good purchase and we definitely recommend it.

My favorites are having my recipes readily available, the built-in timer, the ability to display pictures, and even catching up on the news right from the screen. The automatic water pitcher and the little ice feature are fantastic. We also love the Flex Zone - we keep it on the chiller setting for all of our drinks, and it works perfectly. You can use it to check recipes, leave notes for the family, share family Calendar and connect other services such as cameras (eg Ring) and control settings without opening the door. A big plus is, I can catch up on some shows, YouTube or the News right in the Kitchen using built in TV channels. The capacity is excellent: bulky grocery hauls and party platters fit with room to spare, and the layout makes everything easy to find. The Flex Zone works really great. I switch it between fridge and freezer modes depending on what I’m storing, and it’s perfect for deli trays, meal prep containers, or extra frozen desserts when guests arrive. The built‑in water jug is a small detail that has made a big difference, providing cold, filtered water on demand without cluttering the door shelves. On the other hand, if your space is tighter, or your budget is more modest, or you prefer simplicity and ultra‑reliability over features, you might consider a less expensive model with fewer bells and whistles. • The capacity is generous — ~29 cu ft of total storage gives plenty of room for a family of 10, which is great when you have kids, snacks, and healthy foods. • Excellent flexibility: the “FlexZone” lower‑right compartment lets you switch between refrigerator and freezer modes; the Beverage Center + internal water dispenser + auto‑fill pitcher are super convenient for water, kids’ drinks, etc. • Smart features: we weren’t interested in those too much, but we live calendar, weather, and a drawing pad for the toddler suddenly got very popular. Its not that smart. You dont have the ability to change the screen settings for display time out to save energy. Ive been manually sliding down the screen to turn it off after every use to turn off the screen because otherwise it stays on for like 5 minutes with no activity. It automatically turns on every time you open the door or beverage center. We drink a lot so its constantly turnint on. My electricity usage is already double what it was last month with a dif Samsung fridge. The photos aren't loading. Touching the screen leaves finger prints everywhere. The ai camera doesnt recognize anything and you have to constantly name everything yourself. Hopefully they give it an update so we can set a timer for screen display. Id like it to turn off after 30 seconds of no activity.

I had a Samsung representative order this model for me in white as I was inquiring about wanting this model, but in all black. She then informed me about being able to order the panels as replacements. They had a promotion where you could receive the panels for FREE! She even helped me pick out the FOUR panels that I would add to my cart. Only to find out that you CANNOT replace the panel that has the AI screen. Now we are past the return/exchange window, and I have the ugliest refrigerator in my beautiful new kitchen. I'll NEVER do business with Samsung again. They offered me a $100 promotional code to "make it right"...This after literally 5 hours of being transferred to and from the same people to remedy their order mistake!
