The family hub has been useful, from leaving notes to my grandson scribbling on the white board. The counter depth gave us the aesthetic with out sacrificing too much capacity. You can use it to check recipes, leave notes for the family, share family Calendar and connect other services such as cameras (eg Ring) and control settings without opening the door. A big plus is, I can catch up on some shows, YouTube or the News right in the Kitchen using built in TV channels. The capacity is excellent: bulky grocery hauls and party platters fit with room to spare, and the layout makes everything easy to find. The Flex Zone works really great. I switch it between fridge and freezer modes depending on what I'm storing, and it's perfect for deli trays, meal prep containers, or extra frozen desserts when guests arrive. Just lightly touch this sensor and the door opens automatically - really nice when your hands are full. The 2 bottom compartments are more than enough room for my frozen goods. 1 of the 2 bottom compartments can be used as a flex zone for additional refrigerator space. The water dispenser and drink area comes in handy where you can open just the front part of the top left refrigerator door without opening up the whole refrigerator door. There's plenty of drawer space for my fruits and veggies. And plenty of shelf space including an adjustable shelf for larger items. I'm able to put quite a few smaller items on the shelves attached to the inside of the refrigerator doors. The technology is amazing. The interface on the outside of the top right refrigerator door is user friendly. I've been able to configure the look and feel of the interface with works of art as well as pics of my family on the cover space. There are numerous options to choose from concerning backgrounds, colors, clock types, etc…. I also set up the internal cameras to take pics of items being put in the fridge and what is actually in the fridge. I'm so happy with my purchase! All of my home appliances are now Samsung products!

My favorites are having my recipes readily available, the built-in timer, the ability to display pictures, and even catching up on the news right from the screen. The automatic water pitcher and the little ice feature are fantastic. We also love the Flex Zone - we keep it on the chiller setting for all of our drinks, and it works perfectly. We moved 2 years ago and had to leave our other one behind, but that is the one we went running to whenever we purchased a new one for our newly built home!

Refrigerator was great for the first year. Then the lage cube ice maker side started leaking water inside the fridge a few days out of warranty. Now the water pitcher isn't filling. Bought this in September of 24. This thing is junk and would not recommend. Everything I own is Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator and would not recommend them to anyone.
