I only had one problem: the display froze twice. Luckily, I was able to easily reset it using the button on the top of the door.

Plenty of ice in 2 sizes, and easy access to water pitcher and dispenser. Durable surface that is replaceable in different textures/colors if damaged or if kitchen decor changes. We had a prior version of this same fridge which had problems with the ice box, and Samsung helped us get this new fridge -- they were a great partner who stood by us over the years, first repairing and then finally helping us replace the fridge for this improved unit.

I've had this refrigerator for a while now, and it's been a great product. The overall capacity is excellent. I originally thought the 4-door design might offer less usable space compared to a traditional French-door or pull-out freezer layout, but this is actually the largest fridge I've ever owned in terms of usable storage. The Flex compartment is a fantastic feature. While it can be used multiple ways, I personally use it 100% as a freezer, and it's been perfect for that. The layout makes everything easy to organize and access without digging through crowded shelves. I don't really use the inside cameras, but they're there if you want them. The Smart Hub on the door, however, has been very useful and integrates well into daily use. I also really like having two types of ice, which is something I didn't realize I'd appreciate as much as I do. I was initially unsure about not having an external water dispenser, but it has actually worked out great. It keeps the design clean, and I don't have to worry about mold or maintenance issues that can come with traditional external dispensers. Overall, this is a well-designed, spacious, and thoughtfully built refrigerator that has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

My favorites are having my recipes readily available, the built-in timer, the ability to display pictures, and even catching up on the news right from the screen. The automatic water pitcher and the little ice feature are fantastic. We also love the Flex Zone - we keep it on the chiller setting for all of our drinks, and it works perfectly. We moved 2 years ago and had to leave our other one behind, but that is the one we went running to whenever we purchased a new one for our newly built home!

I absolutely love it! It has so much room and features. It makes two different types of ice which is great for my family and is our favorite appliance.

I had a Samsung representative order this model for me in white as I was inquiring about wanting this model, but in all black. She then informed me about being able to order the panels as replacements. They had a promotion where you could receive the panels for FREE! She even helped me pick out the FOUR panels that I would add to my cart. Only to find out that you CANNOT replace the panel that has the AI screen. Now we are past the return/exchange window, and I have the ugliest refrigerator in my beautiful new kitchen. I'll NEVER do business with Samsung again. They offered me a $100 promotional code to "make it right"...This after literally 5 hours of being transferred to and from the same people to remedy their order mistake!
