Calendar on the screen is very helpful tracking everyone's daily schedule at your fingertips. Have read reviews that the ice isn't fast enough but I have had no problem with that. Only downside is it does get a lot of fingerprints on both the screen door and the regular doors. I do have to clean it daily.

Accessibility: My favorite thing, hands down, is the touch-open door. No handle-grabbing needed — my hands are usually full anyway, so being able to just nudge it open is such a small thing that makes a big difference every single day. Recognition: The AI Vision Inside is such a nice touch too — I can actually see what's in there without opening the door and losing all the cold air. It's saved me from buying duplicates more than once. Performance & Consistency: A year of daily use and it's held up beautifully — everything stays cold and consistent, no weird warm spots or freezer burn surprises. It just quietly does its job. Ergonomics: The FlexZone drawer has been genuinely useful for how we actually shop and cook, switching between fridge and freezer space as needed. The real surprise, though? The Family Hub screen. I didn't expect to use it as much as I do — I play music while cooking, catch the news, check the calendar, and my favorite part: it cycles through a slideshow of photos from my albums. Coming into the kitchen to a sweet memory pop up on the fridge screen genuinely makes me smile. A year later, still one of my favorite appliance purchases.

This smart fridge has a pretty high price point. For the amount of money spent, you'd expect that every feature properly works. The many features on this smart fridge are supposed to work efficiently to save time. Unfortunately, after having it for a year the water dispenser has taken a lot of PTO. This feature of the fridge is supposed to fill up a water jug and keep it ready for quick pouring use. Instead, this feature sporadically works and it's very frustrating when you need to quickly pour water. Overall, I can't vouch for the functionality of this expensive smart fridge. I would recommend saving your money and finding a refrigerator that will properly work. This one isn't worth the price tag.

Do not buy this product!! The ice maker will go out on you!!! The repairman has been out 5 times and it still makes ZERO ice! I try to call Samsung and the phone line automatically disconnects every time. I leave messages on the Chat and no one calls back!

This product was installed by our builder in the house we purchased. We were worried that the screen would simply be a gimmick and be the first thing to give out, so much so that we negotiated an additional warranty from the builder to cover the appliances. Well here are we just over a year later and guess what, the screen and hub now requires replacing and we are JUST out of warranty and being told that its going to cost 40% of the cost of the fridge to replace the screen. Totally a gimmick, unreliable and we can not recommend buying this product! Stay away!

Its not that smart. You dont have the ability to change the screen settings for display time out to save energy. Ive been manually sliding down the screen to turn it off after every use to turn off the screen because otherwise it stays on for like 5 minutes with no activity. It automatically turns on every time you open the door or beverage center. We drink a lot so its constantly turnint on. My electricity usage is already double what it was last month with a dif Samsung fridge. The photos aren't loading. Touching the screen leaves finger prints everywhere. The ai camera doesnt recognize anything and you have to constantly name everything yourself. Hopefully they give it an update so we can set a timer for screen display. Id like it to turn off after 30 seconds of no activity.
