[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This year Samsung has outdone themselves in providing refrigerator that is truly fits form and functional for families that makes the daily routine in a busy household a little smoother. The Samsung 2024 Bespoke Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside (RF29DB9900QD) improves from last years model by adding one touch auto opening top doors for busy hands and AI vison to help keep track of what’s inside the refrigerator. The UV order control system uses UV LED light to kill and contaminates that add to odor and helps keep things fresh longer. The SmartThings app notifies you when the kids leave the door open and allows you to manage all the parameters form the app. I love listing to Spotify on the 32-inch display while I make dinner and keep the kids entertained. The 29 cubic foot volume is plenty for a growing family with room to spare. I really value the configuration options that Samsung provides for optimizing storage. The beverage zone makes easy work to get water with the auto filling pitcher and keeps the visuals clean by concealing it all behind a clean top door. The dual auto ice maker is my favorite feature as it provides two sizes of ice for your drinks and the included scoop is much enjoyed when making smoothies or adding to large containers. I want to start with a big Thank you Samsung for creating this amazing fridge. All in once, I Love THE HUGE screen, the wide shelves, you can seriously anything you want in this fridge I love the fact i can login watch my cameras around the house, I can turn on and off my AC unit i can even play music and watch TV, and much more. The shelves are so spacious, you can actually adjust the height of them, and I love it. I wish there was a (ham and cheese drawer) I can seriously use the Flex zone for it ( but as of today I'm using the right bottom part only for ice cream we just love ice cream ( I even have bananas frozen without the fear that the bananas will get the frozen flavor of meet or anything being in a different side , I just love it!!! , I love the fact that i can turn that into a freezer, or soft freezer, and beverage center anytime I want. I still haven't get used to the AI which i find hard to, because when i put stuff in my pictures come out super blurry, not sure if I'm doing it to fast, I just need to get used to it. its cool to open the app from the grocery store and be able to see what I need i love the fact that I can get new ideas of cooking, recipes, its amazing all this features this fridge offers. I have it on Auto open, so Everytime I slide my hands it opens Automatically but I kind dislike when i need to get ice I pull the door and the fridge doors opens I find this a little annoying, but its just a matter of turn it off I guess. The Ice maker is cool I love that i can offer two types of ice, I find it hard to pull the tray i think would be nice to be able to pull it further out, I don’t like that once the tray is full the ice falls out to the shelve under! Ive found pieces of ice and I don’t like it! the Smart things app is so easy to use, and convenient! I get notifications on my phone when my door remains open for longer just a little reminder to come and close the door, also I like the fact it tells me how much electricity I’m saving every month! overall I LOVE IT

Beverage zone has enough room to include a couple of drinks and bottles. The pitcher is a nice touch to make tea or fruit infused water! The freezer has enough room to fit a bunch of frozen goods and the option to use the other space as a fridge or freezer helps immensely. In love with the dual ice maker as I can use ice that fits the needs! Big ice for mixing drinks and small ice to keep my drink chilled for a while. The family hub also allows me to keep track of the filter and order it straight from the screen. It is like having a huge tablet attached to the fridge with many customization. Smarthings app allows me to turn on settings straight from the phone. I can let it know to make more ice, or send photos to have as background. I am able to fit so much food and drinks with ample space with the layout of the shelves. Overall an amazing amount of features and we cannot imagine life without it.

I adore the Smart Hub screen; it's vibrant, clear, and incredibly user-friendly. The screen's Art Mode adds a stylish touch, and the sound quality is excellent for enjoying music. Additionally, the auto-open door feature is a favorite of mine. However, while I appreciate the concept of AI vision, I found it less practical for my needs. It requires extra attention when placing or removing items to ensure the camera captures them accurately, especially when dealing with items in containers. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this fridge to anyone in the market for one

I bought this fridge in December 2024 for our new home and we absolutely love it!! All the features are so cool, I can ask it questions like Siri, put my to do lists on there, play music or TV and I always know what’s in there/ when food is going to expire with the AI feature.

The fridge is amazing. Id say, I'm not unhappy with this fridge at all...BUT, the ice maker sucks. the way they made the drawers, you gonna knock ice out the back due to the way the ice goes over the top of the bin, and then when you push the ice cover back to scoop the ice, the over hang falls to the back. i will give it one less star due to this, BUT everything is amazing.

Samsung did a great job and really bringing the best of the best in this design. The four-door gives you great freezer capacity and the integrated AI helps. Keep your list in check. It gives you adequate room for an extra large pizza and the beverage center is just the most convenient brilliant design I have ever seen. I can keep my drinks ready to go and the filtered water is delicious all in all worth every dime.

I especially like the pitcher of water as I am often in a rush and want to quickly pour my water into a container. The digital screen has been very handy and even connects to our washer/dryer! The set up was extremely easy and we’ve had no issues. The design is sleek and very modern looking. We did need to add some small organizational shelves for our smaller items such as cheeses and sandwich meat as we used to keep those in a drawer in our last fridge and the large shelves that come with this fridge are too much room for these small items. Overall I love the fridge and I have no complaints.

Not only is this the best refrigerator we've ever had, but it is the first refrigerator we absolutely LOVE. It's the first refrigerator we don't have major complaints about. Every other fridge we've owned (this is our third Samsung in a row) has had some major compromise in the past, like a slow ice maker or tiny water dispenser. This fridge is amazing in every way! We are so in love with it!
