[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This year Samsung has outdone themselves in providing refrigerator that is truly fits form and functional for families that makes the daily routine in a busy household a little smoother. The Samsung 2024 Bespoke Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside (RF29DB9900QD) improves from last years model by adding one touch auto opening top doors for busy hands and AI vison to help keep track of what’s inside the refrigerator. The UV order control system uses UV LED light to kill and contaminates that add to odor and helps keep things fresh longer. The SmartThings app notifies you when the kids leave the door open and allows you to manage all the parameters form the app. I love listing to Spotify on the 32-inch display while I make dinner and keep the kids entertained. The 29 cubic foot volume is plenty for a growing family with room to spare. I really value the configuration options that Samsung provides for optimizing storage. The beverage zone makes easy work to get water with the auto filling pitcher and keeps the visuals clean by concealing it all behind a clean top door. The dual auto ice maker is my favorite feature as it provides two sizes of ice for your drinks and the included scoop is much enjoyed when making smoothies or adding to large containers. Great job Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking at this refrigerator for a long time and am so happy with it. Being able to write down grocery lists, sensory touch to open the doors, being able to play the radio on the refrigerator are some of my favorite things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about a month or so now and i would say that it definitely does have all the bells and whistles but we don't really use it for all it's intended. A lot of the set up took many shots of resetting in order to get some of the functions like the ring camera to work on demand and the camera to capture the shots necessary to place reorders. The inside could use another shelf because i do find it wastes a lot of space so i do not recommend it for a big family. For ex. if you cook a pot of food, that pot will most definitely fit on one side of the fridge, but that's it. My biggest qualm is that there is only 1 ice scoop for the freezer even though there are two slots for the scoops and when i tried to order another, they didn't offer it on the site and it is a very specific ice scoop that if it breaks, I'm not sure how to replace it.

Ordered in advanced and fortunate to get ours today. So pretty and all but while peeling the film, the ice drawer/shelf looked wonky. Pulled it and look like it was forced during assembly. Pulled and it was broken. (Photo attached) Broken hearted immediately. 💔 Can I get a replacement of said part? 🙏 Also, doors arent flushed. Right door is ajar-ish by 1/8 inch. 🥹💔 Any fix? Will other customers who paid and are gonna pay premium experience these defects missed by quality control?

The model RF28R6301SR looked so great in the store, but it has irate design problems. One major issue is the quality of the plastic of the door shelves. Shelf after shelf broke into little pieces, and the contents crashed and spilled to the floor when the appliance was only a little over a year old. I was told I would have to purchase new, replacement shelves although this is clearly a manufacturer’s defect. . In all my years of purchasing refrigerators, I have had one shelf break. Additionally, there is insufficient room for all items, such as soda and juice bottles. Buyer beware!

My Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator was delivered and professionally installed. From the moment I locked eyes on it, I was in love. First I installed both apps ( Samsung and smart things apps).  While in settings turn on both ice makers, AI, Go to the settings and turn on both ice makers and activate the AI feature. The main reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  It was hard for me to find the test button on the ice maker after looking on the quick reference guide and watched a YouTube video and had success. Remember to dump your first couple of ice batches and drain a 1/2 gallon from your water pitcher.  You can add fruit, tea bags, or whatever you want to infuse in your water pitcher. My reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  My second was the beavage center. It has two huge bins and holds several drink options. Final reason was it is a computer inside your refrigerator smart technology at its best. It can play music show you cooking video's, update your goggle calendar and email. Never forget importance dates or things when using the AI features. I can go on and on about the best purchase I have made in a long time.  I love that you can decide how each door can be used and control the temperature to fit the item's storaged inside. The wider doors and the availability of several door bins allows you to see everything in your refrigerator. The whole family loves this purchase. I received this refrigerator as an discounted incentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using for 2 months now. Love it! Didn't think we'd use the water pitcher much but everyone now prefers it as it fills cups quickly. Really like all the different storage shelfs and bins. Everyone is really enjoying the interactive tablet-like features on the door and very convenient for making new recipes. AI on food is a great feature too and hoping it prevents food waste in our home. Very high quality look and feel.

Let's hope the ice maker will last, haven't had huge luck with my previous one. The spacious interior and adjustable shelves make organizing easy as well, I have so much room now. I want to start with a big Thank you Samsung for creating this amazing fridge. All in once, I Love THE HUGE screen, the wide shelves, you can seriously anything you want in this fridge I love the fact i can login watch my cameras around the house, I can turn on and off my AC unit i can even play music and watch TV, and much more. The shelves are so spacious, you can actually adjust the height of them, and I love it. I wish there was a (ham and cheese drawer) I can seriously use the Flex zone for it ( but as of today I'm using the right bottom part only for ice cream we just love ice cream ( I even have bananas frozen without the fear that the bananas will get the frozen flavor of meet or anything being in a different side , I just love it!!! , I love the fact that i can turn that into a freezer, or soft freezer, and beverage center anytime I want. I still haven't get used to the AI which i find hard to, because when i put stuff in my pictures come out super blurry, not sure if I'm doing it to fast, I just need to get used to it. its cool to open the app from the grocery store and be able to see what I need i love the fact that I can get new ideas of cooking, recipes, its amazing all this features this fridge offers. I have it on Auto open, so Everytime I slide my hands it opens Automatically but I kind dislike when i need to get ice I pull the door and the fridge doors opens I find this a little annoying, but its just a matter of turn it off I guess. The Ice maker is cool I love that i can offer two types of ice, I find it hard to pull the tray i think would be nice to be able to pull it further out, I don’t like that once the tray is full the ice falls out to the shelve under! Ive found pieces of ice and I don’t like it! the Smart things app is so easy to use, and convenient! I get notifications on my phone when my door remains open for longer just a little reminder to come and close the door, also I like the fact it tells me how much electricity I’m saving every month! overall I LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex 4 door style Samsung offers is our new favorite, even better than a French door. Our previous fridge was a side-by-side and came with the house and we could not wait to upgrade. We were able to fit everything we had in our side-by-side into this fridge, and we still have a lot of useable space. The freezer was the most noticeable. I thought that we would have less room below due to the dual door design, but it’s the opposite. The roll out shelves and drawers in these compartments allow you to really organize your freezer. I feel like I have a ton of useable space down there and that’s after we emptied the other overloaded freezer into it. We think the bottom right will be an awesome mini fridge for the kids to easily get into until they are taller. We love the dual ice makers, but it has taken a bit of getting used to as we normally have always had in-door ice and water. Our kids like the Ice makers down low with a scoop they can use. We love the auto fill pitcher in the beverage station. Makes filling those glasses, sippy cups, etc. much faster. I like that it’s all conveniently located behind an outer panel in the door where you can organize other items for quick grab. The auto open doors is the feature that made my wife go WOW! I had to find the setting and turn it on, fine tune the leveling, but once set up... amazing. This fridge has a wonderful very large Ai hub touchscreen that allows you to control a variety of things including temperature of the zones. It scans things with a camera as you put them in and take them out. You can turn this on and off and it works well, but I find myself having to manually enter items names more often than not. I like that I can add expiration dates to the food, and it will help me keep track of what is about to expire. I wish I could see the inside of the main compartment, but the camera will only show remotely the doors and relies on the auto scan to tell me what is in main compartment. Personally, I feel it needs some improvement as I was overwhelmed at first setting it all up, but once I got settled in with it, I realized It could use a lot more apps. I like that I can use my Samsung phone with it easily to stream content though. It definitely is a nice touch to this fridge and I hope to see more apps added down the line. Overall this fridge is a home run for us. Checks a lot of boxes and we are very happy to use it every day. The versatility and features it offers are like none other I have had.
