Originally bought a pair ~2 years ago on sale, they worked perfectly the whole time I had them before they were stolen a year later. Finally decided to replace them and the noise cancellation on the new ones is no where near as good. Disappointing especially having paid twice the price this time. The old ones were great for studying in crowded areas. With these, even on the highest setting I can still hear just one person talking at a normal volume in the same room. The audio is good quality still but given that the noise cancellation barely works, definitely not worth the price.

But I still like how they sound and how comfortable they are!!!👍🏽👍🏽

I bought this a month ago and really enjoy them daily. They are true to their name quiet and comfortable. The quality of sound is excellent. The noise cancelling is very good as well. The main feature for me that I have struggled with in the past with other headphone was comfort. These do not pinch my ears or give me a head ache! I got them on a Christmas sale so the sale price caused me to go ahead and make this purchase. I am Very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work for what i need, i just dont like how warm my ears get and sweat. I use my airpods pro more bc of this. I do have 2 pairs of quiet comfort headphones, 1 for work, 1 for home. My husband uses his daily at home.

My first airborne experience with them will be in ten days, yet I am already impressed, since I've been able to use them to shut out ambient noise when I am composing. And the partial-mute option means no more folding back one earcup in rehearsals! Wado, thank you Bose!

I got these for Christmas after practically begging for them and wow they have exceeded my expectations. They are so comfortable that I don't get a headache and my ears don't hurt after hours of wearing them, and the aware/quiet mode is so helpful for this stay at home mom

I love these headphones. I upgraded from JBL live 670 NC on-ear headphones, expecting an improvement, but I couldn't have imagined the difference. These headphones are a work of art in the sound balancing. Furthermore, the windblock technology is phenomenal and I can now use my Bose QuietComfort headphones outdoors on a windy day flawlessly. 5 stars, get some.

I bought them on 05/19/25 and to date I am less than pleased. I have another set of Bose my son gave me as a Christmas gift sever years ago that work great and stll use them a lot. They work fine so I thought I would buy a newer set axpexcting the same performance or better. I am so disappointed withh my new Quitcomfort headphones. I have already had to return them for repair which I am hoping they come back working as I expect. I will have to see when I get them back. When I tried to use the new set they wouldn't work like my current set. When I tried to talk with Bose I was told I would have to download an AP and progam them but I could only do that either a I Phone or a I Pad of which I have neither. See where I going not well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Quiet Comfort Headphones. The fidelity is superb and they are comfortable enough to wear all day. And with the included cord I am able to plug them directly into my audio systems to monitor with no latency.

This is my first over ear headphone purchase and I’m glad I chose this Bose model. I was going back n forth between Beats and these. The sound is amazing and the silencing feature is even better, along with the comfort and flexibility. The settings are easy to use and remember and they feel light and airy. I love the color as well. I would have given 5 star but the aux cable is not compatible to insert with newer model iPhone’s so you have to use an adapter which doesn’t come with. I think for the price that could have been included or added as an optional connection to suit both android and iPhone but overall not a deal breaker I’m happy with my purchase. I use them for travel and everyday.
